
Hitting The Pause Button
Life is pulling our attention in too many directions— an ongoing assault of stress responses in our bodies. Stress has become a norm and many have entered a state of prolonged or chronic stress which comes with many other health problems, including anxiety, inflammation, suppressed immune system, depression, sleep disorders, migraine, and brain fog — to only name a few. An over-activated stress response does damage. Use this meditation to take a break.
