When meditating I would like to know the difference between sitting on a chair versus on the floor.
Can I meditate on a chair?
Yes,
You can sit on the chair.
But I think we can say that sitting on the floor is more helpful to your meditation than sitting on a chair.
However,
If you have issues with your legs or you have other health conditions that prevent you from sitting on the floor then sitting on a chair is good.
It's certainly better than not doing it at all.
You know,
There are things that happen in the life that you can't choose what's the best course and you choose the next best course.
If you can't choose the next best,
You choose the third best course.
There's always options.
So whatever options you choose,
It's better than not doing it at all.
