Welcome and thank you for joining me here.
Today's meditation is in service to a great spiritual truth.
What you desire to create outside of you,
You must first create within you.
As within,
So without.
We are all co-creating our shared reality and it all starts within us.
And this can feel like a great assumption of responsibility,
But it is actually a gift of liberation.
Because it frees us from feeling powerless,
From trying to grapple with outside circumstances that we can't necessarily manipulate.
And it centers us where we do have the power to instill change.
Inside our own hearts,
Our own bodies,
Our own minds.
So today we are going to engage in creation where it counts.
At our depths and in union with our deepest self.
So let's go within,
Shall we?
To where the magic really happens.
Start by closing your eyes.
Close your eyes and simply become present with the music.
Draw your focus from the outside world.
Let the sound of the music wash over you,
Bringing you here,
Clear,
Into this moment now.
Now,
As you listen,
Begin to let the music fill your body.
Imagine it moving through you.
Breathe it in deeply.
And exhale into further relaxation,
Further presence.
Let all your thoughts go in the melodic waves of the music.
The music,
A loving container,
Holding space for you to be with,
To dance with,
Your inner world.
Imagine now your inner world as a fertile landscape from which your entire life grows.
Deep,
Rich soil within.
Earth within.
You are one with earth,
With the very substance of life.
Close your eyes and feel the depths within you.
The fertile depths from which your life may grow.
And most magically,
Know that you are also one with the light,
With the divine force that energizes and animates all of life.
Light that shines through you and as you to nourish the garden of your being,
The garden of your life,
Your body,
The soil,
Your soul,
The sunlight.
And together in this blessed partnership,
All that is beautiful may grow within you to be reflected,
Shared,
And enjoyed outside of you too.
A truly divine garden within which is the potential to create anything in service to love.
Truly anything.
And you can imagine now that within the soil of your being,
Many seeds have already been planted.
A full ecosystem is already at play here.
And some of those seeds grew long ago and are within you.
Mighty trees of identity,
Creation,
Accomplishment,
Service,
And beauty.
Beauty that you are.
Beauty that you share with the world just by being you.
And as you spend some time here in the garden of your being,
In the great company of the light of your soul,
Recognize the creations within you that are thriving,
That fill you with joy,
Fulfillment,
And align with the deeper purpose for your life.
Take a moment to appreciate these powerful trees for the growth within you that you know is right and that bears ripe and delicious fruit for you to enjoy in your life.
They may represent loving relationships,
Family,
Health,
Your vocation,
Your spiritual life,
Any area that feels like freedom and joy.
These trees are all which you have already created in your life that shelter you now in great love and provision.
Be with all that is working,
All that is flowing,
And all that is nourishing with immense gratitude.
And now I invite you to consider what seeds in your life you desire to plant next.
What is your divine heart calling for?
What is next for you in your journey of creation?
Let your soul speak.
Trust its powerful wisdom.
And let it plant for you that which will bring you the most joy,
Freedom,
And realization.
You may hear words,
You may see images,
You may receive insights,
Or you may simply feel energy moving in your body.
Allow the process.
Receive the process.
Relax and receive from the light of your soul the love you need now.
Now envision that the desires of your soul swiftly begin to grow roots within your own being.
A new dream,
Fresh energy,
An inspired creation,
A beautiful experience your heart is calling for.
Hold some space now to love these soul seeds,
To nourish them and give them the faith they need to plant deep within you.
Embolden them with your belief and fertilize them with your worth.
You deserve the desires of your soul,
The dreams in your heart.
You deserve a life of incredible beauty,
Abundance,
And balance.
Claim the place meant for you in this infinite,
Loving,
And prosperous old-growth forest of a universe.
Imagine those little mighty seeds in your heart being deeply fertilized by the bright truth of your soul.
And allow them to sprout and root into the limbs of your body,
Into the very subconscious of your being,
To grow and grow and grow and blossom in your life in extraordinary,
Unexpected ways.
Whatever you're dreaming of,
Take some time now to be with it.
See it,
Feel it,
Growing and thriving now within.
Nurture your divine creation with your concentrated focus and live in the embodiment of your soul in your body,
Here,
Now,
Creating.
And now,
Take some time to receive.
Receive from the great light within you,
The infinite energy within you,
That is you,
Everything you need to keep your creation thriving.
Receive within your being all that you need to perfectly support the ecosystem of your life and the most joyous evolution of your being in this world.
Because we don't always know how it will unfold in the physical,
But the light within you does.
And by creating space to receive in this way,
You create space to receive that which is beyond your imagination.
So take an extra moment now to surrender completely to the power of your soul,
To create for you,
To care for you from a place of highest knowing and intelligence.
Take time now just to surrender and receive,
Receive,
Receive.
And acknowledge now the divine truth that your truest fulfillment,
Your truest creation of the beauty you desire in your life happens inside your being first.
In the garden space where soul meets body,
To be reflected in absolute,
Unexpected perfection outside of you.
And know that by receiving from the light of you within to grow all you need,
You are receiving from a source in which there is no lack,
Where infinite energy is available to create infinite beauty in you and through you in reverent harmony with all of life.
So continue to nurture and tend to all that is good within you.
Continue to grow no matter what,
To keep quiet space within yourself to cultivate more and more goodness within.
And also commit to take space to receive,
Receive,
Receive the divine support available ever present within you.
Embody the bright light within and bring it forward into your sacred life,
Living deeper,
Living brighter than ever before.
Take some time now just to be with the music and let all of these words sink in,
Like water seeping into the soil of your being,
Giving you that which you most need today to support your highest embodiment of your divine self in all your magnificent creative glory.
