Hello and welcome to a movement meditation for all change.
I invite you now to make yourself comfortable.
A place where you can relax and will not be disturbed for the next eight minutes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Relax the shoulders,
The arms,
The body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Relax the legs,
The feet,
Clear the mind of any stress or tension.
And gently close your eyes.
Breathe in and out,
Relaxing a little deeper.
Allowing yourself to focus on the sound of my voice.
And as you do,
You will find that you flow naturally into a deeper state of relaxation and meditation.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Gently close your eyes and relax a little deeper.
Allowing your breathing to find its own serene rhythm.
We are in and are experiencing a time of intense change.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
This is a time for you to discern on the movement you are about to take.
For there are many parts of you that simply do not fit a new way of being.
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Behaviours,
Actions.
This movement meditation graces you with sacred space.
To release,
To be aware.
And to request.
The change that you are seeking,
Be it personally,
Professionally or both.
Here we focus upon the change you desire,
The movement you wish to take.
And as you embody the movement,
Embrace it and sanction the movement into action,
The old naturally dissolves.
Allow your focus to be on the new you,
The new way,
The new dynamic of your mind,
Body and spirit.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe into the base of the body,
Breathe out.
Silently request that the necessary changes are brought to you in awareness,
In enlightenment.
The changes that are being required will come to you through your senses,
Your skin,
Your inner knowing,
Your mind,
Your thoughts,
Your vision,
The creative mindset,
Many images or pictures.
What you sense,
See or feel is the change you are being requested to emerge into.
As you do this,
The old naturally begins to decay and crumble.
Take this sacred space of discernment into the movement of all change.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe out.

Breathe out.
Heighten the thought,
The sense,
The image,
The vision or the picture.
Allow this to be your new blueprint.
Brace the blueprint of yourself and step into it.
Step into a way of thinking,
Being and doing from the disclosure of the guidance you have been presented with.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Once you are exposed to sacred knowledge,
You are awake.
In your awakening,
You are aware.
In your awareness,
It is to accept.
And in the acceptance,
It is to act.
And in doing so,
You become the alchemist of the new you,
The new way.
The movement is all change.
The more you guide yourself in the knowing of all that is,
The more you transform.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Bringing your awareness back to where you are resting,
Open your eyes and come back.
Know you are safe to proceed from here.
With the acknowledgement that the more you make sacred space for yourself,
The more you awaken the divine wisdom within you.
