Hello and welcome to Beyond Your Awareness Energy Mastery.

I invite you to take several minutes to relax and to ensure you will not be disturbed.

Make yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Breathe in and relax.

Breathe out,

Clear the mind.

Breathe in,

Relax the shoulders,

The arms,

The body.

Breathe out,

Clear away any stress or tension.

Breathe in,

Breathe out and relax a little deeper.

Breathe in,

Close the eyelids,

Relax.

Breathe out as you listen and focus on the words I am about to say.

Energy Mastery is a deep connection to yourself,

To your purpose,

To others,

To the planet,

To the divine spirit,

The universe,

Or whatever name you choose.

The relationship you hold with these five major relationships aid your spiritual progression,

Rising you to a new way of seeing,

Perceiving,

A new way of being and receiving,

A new way of weaving,

More fulfilling opportunities to you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You may be aware of the art of manifestation or attraction,

But here we go deeper into the exploration of spiritual realms and a higher consciousness,

A place where there is no need or want,

For every moment is completely fulfilled.

As you move your energy to a higher frequency,

You go beyond your current awareness into a deep place of knowing another quantum time and space.

In the accessing of this unknown,

You make an unknown reality known.

As you do this,

You release yourself from the shackles of your mind and body and your spirit is free to know,

To see,

And to receive without an intent or a time of delivery.

You are free to be you,

Whole and complete and present,

Feeling life to the fullest of enjoyment in every moment with the knowing that there is a higher consciousness always working for you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Focus behind the eyelids and take yourself onto a beautiful landscape.

Take a moment to become aware of your surroundings.

Your feet are firmly upon the earth.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You notice that your surroundings are beginning to change.

You find yourself somewhere else.

Become aware of these surroundings,

What you are doing,

How you are spending your day.

Are you in a new work environment?

Do you look differently?

Allow visions,

Images,

Pictures to be presented to you.

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Messages of your next level self,

Your next level of purpose.

Become aware of the planet,

The beauty of nature as the colours become more vivid.

The trees become more prominent.

Acknowledge how you relate yourself to others,

To the power of the planet and the infinite universe.

All this energy to guide you.

Silently surrender to your higher consciousness the part of you that knows what you are here to do beyond your current awareness.

Ask this part of you to imbues your body,

Mind and spirit with information.

Receive.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out as you acknowledge there is so much more to you than you have been currently aware of.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Your focus and your flow and inner feeling must continue to align with all that you know releasing any fear based energies of doubt,

Self-diminishment or denial of your truth.

Breathe in,

Breathe out bringing this awareness back with you.

Feel the expansion in consciousness.

Breathe in,

Breathe out as you bring your awareness back to where you are resting.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Take a stretch,

Open your eyes and know you are safe to proceed from here.

Breathe in,
