Either sit or lie down,
Get comfortable and gently close your eyes.
I use my voice for love and creation.
I use my voice to speak my truth.
I use my voice to scream my frustrations.
I use my voice to sing myself to peace.
When you learn to stand strong in self-love and reclaim your power,
What others think of you will not affect you.
Feelings like you need to compete or be better than will dissolve.
You will stop comparing yourself to others.
Thinking you need to look a certain way to be loved morphs into you finding your unique individual expression and loving that you are different.
Doing things out of guilt to keep others happy and gain approval changes to you setting healthy boundaries,
Speaking your truth and honouring yourself.
Having expectations and conditions on people to keep you happy will dissipate and you will discover the freedom in connecting to your own reservoir of joy that bubbles up from the depths of your being,
Maintaining a sense of peace and happiness.
No matter what is going on around you.

Our most important work is to clear judgment of self and others.
To transform fear and limiting beliefs into love and self-acceptance.
Love springs from awareness and when we can see ourselves in the other as well as look in the mirror and accept with sensitivity and compassion the person looking back at us,
We will attain an awareness that cultivates a sense of freedom where we give ourselves permission to just be who we are.
Listening to and nurturing your body is the greatest act of self-love.
The health of your gut is directly related to your mental health.
Toxic food or substances make you toxic in your thoughts,
Physical body and emotions.
Life enhancing foods promote healthy cell regeneration,
Are the perfect fuel for longer lasting energy and improve clarity,
Peace of mind and our overall health and wellbeing.
This counteracts feelings of overwhelm and helps us to deal in a more joyful way with the daily challenges of life.
Singing connects you to your feelings and becomes the vehicle for emotions to release.
Unexpressed emotions become toxic and can make you sick as well as blocking your channel of expression.
This affects the ease with which you sing and the quality of your voice.
Singing is an outlet where you can give yourself permission to let go and feel it all in a safe way.
It allows you to tap into that deeper part of yourself,
Boosting feelings of joy and belonging as well as magnifying your intuition.
Singing requires presence as does listening to that gut instinct.
A strong intuition paves the way for synchronistic and wonderful events to flow into your life.
