Julia is a certified meditation teacher, artist, lover and traveler dedicated to helping all beings discover meditation, embodied compassion, and extraordinary transformations in their lives. Her guidance is grounded in ancient wisdom from the Tibetan Buddhist lineage and informed by neuroscience proven mindfulness practices. She has taught globally from Costa Rica to New York and mentors medi-curious individuals in both 1:1 and corporate settings.
