Take a slow breath in and gently let it go.

Now bring your awareness inward to that quiet space at the center of your being.

This is more than stillness.

It's your heart space.

It's an energy center where your soul meets the divine,

A sacred place of creation where your thoughts and feelings shape your reality.

In this space,

You are the living intention,

The artist,

The architect,

And this life force within you is a field of endless possibility to create your truest self.

Now,

In this quiet,

Place both your hands over this radiant center of energy and offer it your blessing.

This is the space where change begins,

Where falseness fades and your wholeness rises to meet you.

This is the center that creates what you think,

What you feel.

It flows outward from here and becomes your reality.

So,

Let's take this moment to bless it,

To offer a new vision steeped in love,

Grounded in gratitude and worthiness and filled with empowerment and awe and with both hands still over your heart space.
