My name is Joy and I want to welcome you to your new day.

This is a beautiful new day full of opportunities and experiences.

Starting your day with positivity,

Starting your day with visualization can ensure that you have the right start on the right path for your day.

So,

As we take a few minutes here to set your body,

Mind,

And spirit in the right direction in the hopes of giving you the best day possible.

So,

As you start off on today's adventure,

Take a moment to close your eyes and breathe.

Feel the breath as it enters through your nose,

Filling your lungs,

And expanding your body.

Allow your body to lift and lower on the breath and allow the corners of your mouth to lift in a gentle smile.

Starting your day with lightness and brightness brings a happiness to your heart,

Glows the cobwebs of sleep and doubt from the corners of your mind,

And sets you on a positive path.

Focusing your mind on all that is good,

All that is right,

All that is beautiful,

Brings a perspective of joy into your morning and flows through your day.

This day is yours.

This day brings you great opportunities for forward progress and success.

You have the ability to start your day on your terms.

You are capable and strong and you are able to make sound decisions.

You are creative and can manage whatever is brought before you.

You are resilient and can handle whatever today may bring.

Today is a new opportunity to be who you were meant to be and live a life you create,

A life you love,

Filled with people you love.

So today,

Be grateful,

Be joyful,

Be loving and kind,

Be compassionate.
