Good morning! This meditation is grounded in breath and positive in affirmations. A beautiful way to begin your day with encouragement and strength, full of love for yourself, body, mind, and spirit.

Welcome to your morning affirmations.

My name is Joy,

And I will be leading you through this meditation to start your day with a positive attitude so you can feel more balanced and fulfilled,

Be more productive and energized,

And find more joy in the simple things.

Beginning your day with a positive experience and mindset can help set the stage for the remainder of your day.

So allowing your eyes to drift closed for just a few more minutes,

And allowing your body to become soft and comfortable,

Will bring these affirmations deeper into your mind and body,

And therefore have a larger impact on your day.

So as you settle in,

Allow yourself to sink just a little deeper in whatever position you're in.

Allow your mind to clear and prepare for this meditation.

Now that you've released tensions,

Breathe in a little deeper.

The inhale expanding your body,

And your exhale allowing the tensions to release just a little bit more.

A few more deep breaths in through the nose with an audible exhale.

Allow the body to just settle where it is,

And to become more open to this meditation and affirmations.

When you speak affirmations,

They are in the present tense as if you are currently in the practice of doing them.

It solidifies them in our minds and creates a connection to them as truth.

So as I say an affirmation,

Please repeat them after me,

Out loud if possible,

Or internally if need be.

So as we begin our new day,

Let's get started.

I am grateful for this new day.

I love to smile.

I am blessed.

I am worthy.

I am thankful and optimistic for what lies ahead today.

I am full of energy that will sustain me through this day.

I honor myself,

All parts,

Body,

Mind,

And spirit.

I am positive and overcome negative thoughts.

I am strong.

I am courageous.

I am a problem solver.

I am confident.

I have the abilities to be successful.

I am productive.

I overcome procrastination.

When obstacles arise,

I choose to handle them with grace and positivity.

No matter the circumstance,

I choose happiness.

I love myself.

I love my body.

I choose to live a happy and healthy life.

I radiate abundant energy.

I am vibrant.

I make healthy choices.

I continually nourish my body,

Mind,

And soul.

I take care of my body as it is a temple.

I choose to exercise out of love.

I am becoming stronger.

I accept myself as I am.

Happiness is all around me and I choose to connect with it.

I see only positivity in my life.

My future is full of love and laughter.

I choose to step into abundance,

Love,

And happiness.

I am creating a beautiful future.

I am living in a place of joy.

I am connected to the spirit,

To the divine.

I am living a life of service and love helping others.

I feel peace in the spiritual connection and guidance.

My body is healthy.

My mind is healthy.

I am connected to the spirit.

During these next few breaths,

Reflect over the affirmations and choose those that speak to you most,

That speak to your spirit,

That speak to your soul.

Breathe in and bring in that positivity for the day.

Breathe out any negativity you may be holding onto.

Breathe in joy and peace and health for your day.

Breathe out and let go.

As we close our meditation for the day,

I encourage you to live in a bold manner,

Reaching for your dreams,

Living a life you love,

Being connected in body,

Mind,

And spirit.

As you begin this final affirmation,

Repeat after me,

I am ready for my new day to start.

As we complete our meditation,

Begin to find soft movement,

Maybe with fingers and toes,

Wrists and ankles,

And just allow the eyes to begin to flutter open as you take your first look at this beautiful day that's right in front of you.

And as you take a nice breath,

This last cleansing breath,

Have a nice deep inhale.

And that slow exhale,

Allowing you to be grounded,

Allowing you to feel the safety and security as you step forward into this new day.

I do wish you joy and love and all of the blessings for this beautiful day ahead of you.
