Filling your lungs and releasing all the tension from your body.

Let's begin with some positive affirmations.
Keep them in your mind,
Allowing them to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.

Capable and confident.
I believe in my ability to achieve my goals and dreams.

I trust myself and my decisions.
I know that I have the power to make choices that are in alignment with my highest good.
