Now as your mind settles down,
Let's start tapping into the energy of your inner child.
Remember a time from your childhood when you felt truly carefree,
When your imagination ran wild,
And when you embraced every moment with pure curiosity and wonder.
Allow that memory to come alive in your mind spontaneously and embrace it.
As you connect with your inner child and its feelings,
You find yourself in a world of vibrant colors,
Endless possibilities and boundless joy.
Notice your inner child waiting for you,
Excited and eager to play.
Notice their appearance,
Their clothing,
And the expression on their face.
Maybe they're holding a toy,
A drawing,
Or something that represents their creative spirit.
Take a moment to greet your inner child,
Smile at them,
And feel the warmth of their presence.
Let them know that you're here to spend time with them,
To listen to them,
And to embrace their sense of playfulness.
Imagine yourselves engaging in various activities that your inner child loves.
Maybe you're running through a field of wildflowers,
Laughing and feeling the wind in your hair.
Perhaps you're building a sandcastle on the beach,
Creating a masterpiece with colorful paints,
Or simply lying on the grass,
Watching the clouds drift by.
As you play with your inner child,
Feel the energy of joy and lightheartedness fill your entire being.
Allow yourself to let go of any worries or stresses of the adult world.
This is your time to be fully present in the moment,
Just like when you were a child.
Now,
Find a comfortable spot to rest with your inner child.
You might lie down on a soft blanket under a shade tree,
Or sit by a gentle flowing stream.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,
The softness of the grass beneath you,
And the soothing sound of nature surrounding you.
As you rest,
Let your inner child know that they are always a part of you.
Promise to nurture their spirit,
To listen to their needs,
And to integrate their sense of play and wonder into your everyday life.
Take a few moments to silently speak these promises to your inner child.
Feel the connection between your adult self and your inner child growing stronger.
And when you're ready,
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Feel your physical body,
The surface you're resting on,
And the gentle rhythm of your breath.
Take a few deep breaths,
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes and take a moment to express gratitude to your inner child for the time you've spent together.
Know that your inner child is always there,
Ready to guide you back to the simple pleasures of life.
Embrace this connection,
