Starting from your toes,

Soothing light spreading through your feet,

Calves and thighs,

Feel the warmth and relaxation spreading into your abdomen and lower back,
Releasing any holding or tightness in these areas.

As the warm light reaches your chest and shoulders,

Notice how your body feels lighter,
