Letting that light from source flow in through your crown chakra at the top of your head.
And let it flow down through you.
Into the earth.
Let that light flow through you.
Placing any thoughts into that river of light and letting them be dissolved down into the earth.
Begin to bring your awareness.
To a form of light standing in front of you.
This is Archangel Michael.
Imagine the presence of this archangel.
Standing just in front of you.
And imagine that you could connect your hands to Archangel Mikhail's hands.
Imagine.
Perhaps a ray of light connecting your heart to Archangel Michael's heart.
Begin to imagine and allow a circuit of light,
