This is a full-body mindful meditation. It utilizes the breath to bring calm and peace to the mind body and soul. The meditation is designed to put you in a pace of pure harmony. The mediation was derived from the Ānāpānasati Sutta. An accent and wise text that has been a part of many Buddhist lives and mediation practices for hundreds of years. The meditation starts with a full-body relaxation process. It then moves to the breath the basis of the practice. Once the breath is fully realized the meditation moves on the heart through and mind. We then move to being with and communicating with our spirit for a more full and bonded connection to harness the power that our spirit has for the tasks that life has for us.
