Hi,
I often use this meditation to help people connect to their body,
Their mind and their soul.
It's quite a simple one you can actually do with your eyes open,
With your eyes closed.
Do it walking,
Obviously with your eyes open.
You can do it sitting and lying down.
The option with your eyes open or closed.
I prefer eyes open because I want you to engage with the environment around you.
So let's start.
You can do whatever you want,
But these are my suggestions.
It starts with your heart.
You can put your hand on your heart or not.
Your choice.
But what I'd like you to do is connect your heart to your toes.
In any way you want to go.
Go through your bones,
Go through the muscles,
Go through your veins,
Your arteries,
Your nerves.
Whatever it is,
Whatever you want to do,
Go from your heart to your toes.
And perhaps you can notice energy flowing or something strange happening.
Allow it to happen.
Heart to your toes.
And now I want you to do something slightly different.
And that is to let that thought go.
And now when your thought's gone,
Refresh it and reconnect heart to your toes.
And let it go again.
And then connect your heart to your toes.
Any way you want to go.
You might want to be adventurous and travel around the world from your heart to your toes.
You might want to go through your fingers down your feet.
Any way you want to go.
But have a connection between your heart and your toes.
And let the thought go.
And have it again.
Heart to your toes.
Let the thought go.
Heart to your toes.
Let your thought go.
Now we're going to stretch you a little bit more.
Heart to your fingers.
And again,
Any way you want to go.
Let the thought go.
Heart to your fingers.
Let the thought go.
You might notice your fingers start tingling,
Your arms tingling or something.
You may get that sort of sensation.
If you don't,
That's absolutely fine as well.
Now connect your heart to your fingers.
Let the thought go.
Connect your heart to your head.
Let the thought go.
Connect your heart to your fingers.
Connect your heart to your toes.
Connect your heart to your head.
And let the thought go.
I'd like to expand a little bit more.
So connect your heart to your toes,
Fingers,
Your head,
What's in front of you,
What's behind you,
What's beside you,
To the left and right.
So connect to all those at the same time.
And expand your awareness again.
Let your heart,
Your toes,
Your fingers,
Your head,
Back,
Your front,
Your left and your right,
And to people you love.
And let the thought go.
So just do all that at the same time.
Connect your heart to everything,
Everything that we've said,
And more if you choose.
Let the thought go.
Connect your heart to the people you don't like and send them love.
Let the thought go.
So connect your heart to absolutely everything.
Let the thought go.
Now I want you to do this a little bit faster.
So instead of it's the words what I generate,
You generate the words in your thoughts without saying a word.
Just say it silently.
Let your heart do everything.
Let everything is what I just said.
And even more.
Let the thought go.
Connect your heart to your cells.
Let the thought go.
And knowing your cells are pretty well empty,
Each atom in your body is quite empty,
So connect your heart to the emptiness in your atoms and let the thought go.
So connect your heart to your atoms,
Your fingers,
Your toes,
Your friends,
People you don't like,
Dogs you love,
That's my dogs by the way,
Maybe cats for you,
Your pets.
Connect your heart to everything and let the thought go.
Let's get a little bit quicker.
So it's just your thoughts.
Make the heart do everything.
Let the thought go.
I'm getting quicker and quicker and quicker.
So you're really saying this.
You're not saying it,
You're just having the energy about the thought.
I just have the energy about the thought.
Let the energy go.
Getting faster and faster.
So it's just the belief about the energy.
Just have that thought,
What's generated,
Creates the energy,
Goes the other way around.
But let it go.
Let it go.
So you're really fast and present and you'll notice as you get faster and faster,
Time will stop.
Strange sensations may happen in your body,
Quiet and down.
Just keep letting go everything.
You'll notice a pain in your arm,
Let it go.
Send love there,
Send your heart to that pain in your arm,
Pain in your back,
Let that thought go.
Just keep repeating,
Repeating and repeating.
And you're sending love to everywhere.
Just keep sending love and letting go.
Letting go.
The act is letting go.
Letting go,
Recreate.
Go,
Recreate.

Remember you can do this anywhere.
You can do it on the bus,
On the train.
I wouldn't recommend when you're driving.
Perhaps when you're a passenger.
Perhaps when you're watching TV,
Which is a little bit of a challenge.
But perhaps when you're working,
Let your fingers connect your heart.
Your fingers is the typewriter,
Keyboard.
Typewriter is an old word,
Keyboard.
And let the thought go.
Don't give this practice a few times,
A few times a day if you can.
If it doesn't,
It doesn't matter.
You can always come back and listen to this again.
