You You This is a recording to help you sleep well to live well And to achieve your own personal fulfillment so that you can live a life in line with your own best intentions And then help others do the same for themselves If at any time you need to be awake to respond to something important you will automatically return to an alert and non-suggestive State if at any point you feel like drifting off to sleep just let yourself drift off and enjoy a full night of deep and Restful sleep you can listen to my voice Or let your mind wander or fall asleep Whichever seems more comfortable and relaxing to you as we begin I want you to open yourself to the concept of existence without limits I want you to consider the possibility that this universe expands an infinite distance into age and dimension As part of a growing multiverse where everything is possible I want you to also consider that you exist in infinite duration and possibility Returning lifetime after lifetime for additional knowledge Challenge contribution to others or simply enjoyment and silliness with infinite opportunity potential and choice With this in mind let us start here in this time in this place in this body And begin to improve yourself in your life in the here and now Let's begin by letting yourself get into a position of maximum comfort whether sitting or lying or reclining Whatever feels best to you Let yourself relax and breathe deeply Let yourself begin by letting yourself relax and take ten deep breaths opening your eyes as you inhale Closing your eyes as you exhale letting yourself go a little bit deeper with every breath Open your eyes as you inhale Close your eyes as you exhale one Open your eyes as you inhale Close your eyes as you exhale two Relaxing even more Relaxing even more Open your eyes as you inhale Close your eyes as you exhale three Open your eyes as you inhale Close your eyes as you exhale four Going even deeper Open your eyes as you inhale Close your eyes as you exhale five Open your eyes as you inhale Close your eyes as you exhale six Even more relaxed.

Now just leave your eyes closed as you relax and go deeper.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
As you continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Feel a calming,
Healing energy moving up from the soles of your feet to the top of your head,
Getting a sense of that healing energy moving slowly up.
Feeling your body with a sense of lightness and deep comfort and relaxation.
As you continue to relax,
Curl your toes and feet and straighten them,
Letting your feet relax completely.
Breathe deeply and slowly as you flex your ankles and calves and relax them.
Feel that sense of calm moving up as you flex your quads and hamstrings and glutes and relax them.
Flex your abdominal muscles and let them go,
Feeling the muscles and organs of your torso relaxing.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly as you let the muscles of your chest and upper back relax.
Open your hands and squeeze them into fists and let them relax again.
Flex the muscles of your upper arm and let them relax.
Move your shoulders in little circles to let your shoulder muscles relax.
As you continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Move your head in slow,
Gentle circles to let all the muscles of your neck relax.
Let all the muscles in your face,
Jaw and scalp relax.
Let all the tension out of your head,
Out of your mind,
Out of your body.
Let that tension flow slowly out through the soles of your feet and feel it being replaced with calming,
Healing energy as you continue going deeper.
As you continue to go deeper,
Let's count down from 20 with positive suggestions for rest and self-improvement and let your subconscious mind decide whether to continue listening to my voice or to drift off into a deep and restful sleep.

Feeling deeply relaxed and comfortable.

Appreciating your resourcefulness and creativity.

And now,
See yourself walking forward along a path.
And as the path begins to take shape in your mind,
Notice that the ground feels soft under your feet.
And as you look ahead,
You notice that you're walking on sand.
And the path has led to a beautiful beach.
And the sun is rising over the ocean.
As you walk across the soft,
Warm sand to the shore,
You see a small boat at the edge of the water with your initials painted on the hull.
You push the boat into the water and climb in.
And as the boat begins to move through the water,
You notice a chart with a point in the middle labeled Atlantis.
You relax and lie back on the deck as the boat moves forward over the water,
Letting the boat gently rock back and forth,
Just letting your mind wander,
Enjoying the sea and the sky and the sense of unlimited possibility.
Letting yourself hear the sound of the waves splashing against the hull,
Hearing the seabirds chattering in the air,
Hearing the sound of the wind,
Smelling the sea air,
The wood of the deck,
Feeling the warmth of the sun,
The spray of the sea,
Feeling a sense of relaxation,
A sense of comfort as the journey continues.
Let yourself relax,
Feeling a sense of growing opportunity and potential.
After a while,
You feel the boat stop with a gentle bump against the sandbar.
You stretch and get up and look at your chart.
You notice that you seem to be where the chart was labeled Atlantis,
But you see nothing but a small bar.
You hop off the boat,
Tie it up safely and stand there on the sand.
You look around and while there's not much on the sandbar,
You see a little buoy bobbing in the water a few yards away with a large sign saying Atlantis with an arrow pointing downward.
You wade into the water.
It's very warm on your skin.
The waves are very gentle.
You go deeper and you stick your face in.
The water is crystal clear and you can breathe the water.
See you begin swimming.
You smile and begin swimming deeper.
Aside from the little sandbar,
The water here seems deep indeed.
As you swim,
You notice the underside of the buoy has a chain leading downward,
Way downward.
Far in the depths,
You see lights.
It looks almost as if you were looking at the lights of a city from an airplane at night and then you realize why.
It is a city,
Way down below.
You grab the chain and begin pulling yourself down,
Going deeper.
You start counting to yourself as you go,
Getting into a rhythm as you sink deeper into the depths.
Starting at 20,
Feeling deeply relaxed and comfortable.

Feeling a growing sense of confidence.
18,
Feeling a growing sense of pleasure as you move through the warm water.
17,
Enjoying the journey.
16,
Feeling a growing sense of your own strength as you move faster.

Aware of a growing sense of abundance as you look down at the city spreading out below you.

Feeling a growing appreciation of your own capabilities as you enjoy this adventure.

Your feet touch the sand and you look around,
Noticing huge buildings of unusual design.
You see path of lights leading toward one of the buildings and you follow it.
The door opens and you step through and you can breathe air again.
You hear a voice saying,
Welcome to the lost city of Atlantis.
You turn and see a strong figure with a smiling face and shining eyes who motions you to move forward down the hall.
I'm sure you have questions,
But no,
We're not actually lost.
We know exactly where we are and we're here for good reason,
They tell you.
We're here to harvest negative energy.
It's powerful stuff so we're located way down here so we can process it and return it to the world in a more positive form.
We'll take as much of it as you'd care to spare.
You may even notice yourself feeling lighter as you walk,
As you let go of that negative energy that you've been carrying around with you.
You continue down the hall,
Looking at the signs on the walls,
Seeing more strong figures moving with an air of comfortable busyness,
Noticing that you do feel slightly lighter.
You continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Letting your guide direct you.
Up ahead an enormous door swings open.
You step inside and your guide follows you in,
Points to a recliner in the center of the room and tells you to sit down.
Close your eyes and let yourself relax.
This is the place to release any negative energy.
All negative energy begins with a positive intention,
But when that intention is not handled properly it can turn toxic and at that point it's time to remove it and let it go and move forward in a more healthy manner,
Putting your energy toward more positive results.
As you relax here,
Any time any negative motion or energy surfaces in your mind and you're ready to let it go,
Just see yourself removing it,
Letting it go,
Dropping it away as you continue breathing deeply and slowly.
We'll walk through them one by one,
Taking the positive lessons from each and letting the negativity,
Attachment,
Restriction,
Judgment,
Self-punishment go so that you can move forward without limitations.
Just let yourself relax,
Breathing slowly and deeply.
If you drift off to sleep at any point here,
You'll just let the negative energy go and sleep deeply and wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed.
As you continue to relax and let yourself go more deeply,
You find yourself letting go of things that no longer serve you.
See yourself dropping those things away,
Letting go of any fear,
Any guilt,
Any shame,
Any anger,
Any unworthiness,
Any stress.
Just let those things go,
Let them drop away,
Let them fade away until they disappear and let yourself go even more deeply into a state of relaxation.
Give yourself patience and kindness and time,
Drifting deeper into a more restful state,
Letting go of anything that might have kept you from sleeping fully through the night.
Just see yourself sleeping calmly and deeply the whole night through.
Let yourself relax.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly.
And as you rest here,
Let go of any negative thoughts or feelings of discouragement that you may have.
You've carried them around with you long enough.
You've learned all the lessons there are to be learned from them.
And now it's time to let go,
To move forward,
Thinking more positively.
So just take a few moments to let all negative thoughts or feelings of discouragement go.
Let them drop away.
Let them dissolve and drain away,
Fading off into the distance.
From here on out,
You'll focus on giving yourself encouragement,
Seeking the positive outcomes and working towards them until you've achieved them.
And then you'll focus on your next positive goal and work towards that in a calm,
Relaxed,
Comfortable,
Confident manner.
Now take a little time to let yourself see yourself moving forward toward those positive outcomes.
And as you do that,
Let go of any negative thoughts or feelings of discouragement that you may have.
And relax and let yourself go even deeper.
As you continue to relax,
Let go of any fears or anxieties that you may have.
You've spent enough time worrying already.
There's no point in spending any more now.
You've rehearsed all the negative outcomes in your mind already,
So there's no need to continue.
Take a moment just to let those fears and anxieties fade away.
See them draining out of you,
Dropping off,
Disappearing,
And letting you move into a deeper state of calm,
Free of any fear or anxiety.
Now,
Let's focus on the positive outcomes.
Focus on what you could achieve if you were fearless and courageous.
Know that you can be fearless and courageous.
Know that you are fearless and courageous.
Take a moment to let that sense of fearlessness and courage move through you from head to toe and see yourself fearlessly achieving your goals.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Feeling a deep sense of calm and comfort as you relax and recline,
Letting go of any negative thoughts,
Energies,
Or emotions,
Keeping your mind open to positive suggestions and possibilities.
As you become even more comfortable,
See yourself letting go of any feelings of shame and guilt you may still be harboring.
Make sure that you are not blaming yourself for not being perfect,
Because no one is perfect.
Make sure that you are not blaming yourself for the actions of others.
Know that you have punished yourself enough and you can let those feelings go.
Know that you would do things differently today.
Know that you will endeavor to make amends directly if possible,
Or indirectly if direct amends would be inappropriate or impossible.
Let yourself release these feelings of guilt and shame.
Accept,
Learn from,
And forgive yourself for the actions of the past.
Decide to stop punishing yourself and take some time to let these feelings of guilt or shame disappear,
Drop off,
Drain away,
Or fade out.
Now see yourself moving forward,
Feeling forgiven,
Taking positive steps to make productive changes,
Working to bring joy,
Health,
Strength,
And abundance to yourself and others.
Get a sense of moving forward into the future with strength,
Confidence,
And calm.
Feel a sense of pride in the person you can be,
In the person you are becoming.
Give yourself a moment to comfortably enjoy these feelings of strength and confidence and positive and productive action.
And relax.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Letting yourself feel a sense of calm moving through you.
As you recline there,
Let go of any feelings of unworthiness or any sense of lack.
Know that those feelings are no longer helpful or useful to you,
And that any lessons they might have provided,
You have learned long ago.
See those feelings of lack or unworthiness dissolve,
Drop away,
Fade,
Release,
And disappear.
And a few moments just letting those feelings go.
Take a deep breath and see yourself moving forward with a sense of worthiness and abundance.
Feel that sense of worthiness and abundance.
Know that you are worthy and that your opportunities and capabilities are abundant.
Feel that sense of abundance and worthiness moving through you from head to toe as you keep breathing calmly and deeply.
Let yourself relax even more,
Letting go of any remaining negative emotion or energy,
Your guide asks if you are ready to continue and you nod your head.
They beckon you to follow and you get up and walk out of the room.
Your guide asks if you feel lighter and you laugh because you do feel lighter,
As if a weight has been lifted from your mind and body.
Your guide tells you that you've let go of a lot of negative energy,
Which will be transformed here into a more positive state before it's returned to the universe,
But that you can move forward without it.
Embracing the positive,
Knowing that it's time for your journey to continue.
Your guide tells you that you are always welcome to come back.
You say goodbye,
Stepping out through the door into the water again,
Feeling positively buoyant,
Feeling the warm water on your skin.
Since you can breathe the water here,
You don't need to worry about decompression,
You can just let yourself float up to the surface.
You start to follow the chain back up,
And as you proceed you can continue to listen,
Or let your mind wander,
Let your mind and body drift and flow into a deep and restful sleep,
From which you will wake,
Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
You let the chain flow through your fingers as you soar upward toward the surface,
Toward the sun shining on the water above,
Feeling even lighter.
You start counting to yourself as you go,
Getting into a rhythm as you float higher,
Starting at 20,
Feeling deeply relaxed and comfortable.

Your head breaks the water and you swim back to the sandbar where your little boat is waiting.
You take a moment to lie down on the sandbar and gather your thoughts,
Basking in the warmth of the sun,
Laughing to yourself at how much lighter you feel and how much brighter the world seems now.
After a while,
You pick yourself up and walk along the sandbar back to your little boat.
You push off and get back in and the boat begins to move,
Taking you back home.
You relax as the boat moves over the water and returns to the shore.
You pull the boat back up onto the shore and return back along the path you first came,
Going home.
Feeling a growing sense of confidence and self-control.
Feeling a growing sense of relaxation,
Knowing that you can sleep more deeply and fully through the night.
Feeling greater control over your own abilities,
Feeling more well rested,
Feeling more capable,
Letting your body relax,
Letting any remaining stress just disappear.
You are home.
And now,
Every night you will sleep soundly and deeply.
You will sleep fully and restfully.
Your physical body will remain relaxed.
Your mind will be calm and you will sleep deeply and soundly through the night.
You'll wake in the morning feeling refreshed,
Clear-headed and comfortable with yourself.
Each day,
You'll find yourself growing in confidence,
Focus and strength.
Feeling a sense of worthiness,
Motivation,
Wealth and abundance.
Moving forward with a sense of resilience,
Perseverance and consistency.
Knowing that the possibilities are endless and you have the courage and enthusiasm to take advantage of them.
For now though,
You can just let yourself relax further and drift into a deep,
Secure and restful sleep.
Sleep.
Sleep deeply.
Sleep restfully and completely through the entire night.
Anytime you need to return to sleep,
You can just let yourself breathe deeply,
Giving yourself gentle suggestions for relaxing and sleeping through the night and feeling confident and capable in the day to come.
Now just let yourself drift off into a deep and restful full night's sleep.
Sleep well.
