If at any time you need to be awake to respond to something important,
You will automatically return to an alert and unsuggestable state.
If at any point you feel like drifting off to sleep,
Just let yourself drift off and enjoy a full night of deep and restful sleep.

Or fall asleep,
Whichever seems more comfortable and relaxing to you.
Just begin by letting yourself relax and breathe deeply.
There is no need to worry about sleeping or not sleeping,
As just letting yourself relax can be restful and calming.
Begin by letting yourself relax and take ten deep breaths.
Open your eyes as you inhale,
Closing your eyes as you exhale,
Letting yourself go into a deeper state with every breath.
Open your eyes as you inhale.
Close your eyes as you exhale.
One.
Open your eyes as you inhale.
Close your eyes as you exhale.
Two.
Relaxing even more.
Close your eyes as you exhale.
Three,
Open your eyes as you inhale.
Close your eyes as you exhale.

Going even deeper.
Open your eyes as you inhale.

Let yourself begin to drift off.

Just leave your eyes closed.
Breathing deeply and slowly as you relax and go deeper.
Let your eyelids relax so much that it feels like they're melting into your cheeks.
You could nap on them even if you wanted to.
When your eyelids are that relaxed,
Let the rest of your face relax.
Let your jaw relax.
Let your scalp and the back of your head relax.
Let all the tension out of your head.
Let all the tension out of your mind.
Relax and trust that your mind knows what to do to let you relax and go even deeper into a gentle,
Restful sleep.
You can let yourself drift from a relaxed,
Hypnotic state into a deep and restful sleep at any time.
When you sleep,
You will remain asleep for hours,
Getting a full night of restorative and uninterrupted sleep.
Now,
Feel that sense of calm moving from your head down into your neck.
Gently move your head slightly to let all the muscles in your neck relax,
Still letting yourself breathe deeply and slowly.
Let that sense of relaxation flow down into your shoulders.
Move your shoulders slightly to let all the muscles in your shoulders relax.
Feel that sense of calm move down into your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your wrists and your hands.
Let your arms relax completely,
Drifting even deeper.
Feel your chest and upper back relax as you continue breathing deeply and slowly.
Feel that sense of calm move down into your diaphragm,
Still taking deep,
Slow breaths.
Feel that sense of relaxation flowing down into your abdomen and lower back,
Letting all the muscles,
All the organs relax and feel more comfortable.
Let that calming energy move down into the hips and thighs,
The knees,
The shins and calves,
The ankles,
The feet from heel to toe.
Let all the tension leave your mind.
Let all the tension leave your body,
Flowing out through the soles of your feet as you drift even deeper.
Feel relaxing,
Healing energy flowing through your body from head to toe,
Flowing wherever it is needed as you go more deeply into peace and rest.

Deep sleep.
Each time you hear the words deep sleep for the purposes of hypnosis and with your permission,
You will go quickly,
Calmly and effortlessly into a state as deep as this or even deeper where your mind and body are fully relaxed and your mind is open to positive suggestions.

Let's count down from 20 with positive suggestions for rest and confidence and let your subconscious mind decide whether to continue listening to my voice or to drift into a deep and restful sleep.

Know that you can sleep more deeply and fully through the night.
Feel greater control over your own sleep.

Wake feeling more well-rested.
Let the body relax.
Let the stress disappear.
Now,
Every night you will sleep soundly and deeply.
You will sleep fully and restfully.
Each night you will vent out in harmless dreams any stresses of the past.
Those dreams will not frighten you.
You will just release them and let them move on.
Your physical body will remain relaxed.
Your mind will be calm.
And you will sleep deeply and soundly through the night.
You will wake in the morning feeling refreshed,
Clear-headed and comfortable with yourself.
For now though,
You can just let yourself relax further and drift into a deep,
