Solar Plexus Clearing And Cosmic Sun Activation

Take a shamanic journey into your Solar Plexus and clearing, purging of your emotional body and allow for the activation from the cosmic sun to ignite your energy and empower your being. Welcome to the Sun,

Cosmic Sun activation and clearing.

I am Johanna Burkhart,

The soul shaman.

I ask you to take this time to begin to breathe.

Feel it moving up and down your spine.

Just feel how it reacts and moves in your body.

We're going to begin by grounding our energy,

Just settling,

Sinking in.

We're going to do this by breathing deeply and consciously in and out through our bellies.

And let's begin by breathing in through our nose and out through our mouth,

Feeling our head and neck beginning to relax and sink into the space.

Breathing in again through the nose and out through the mouth,

Feeling your shoulders beginning to open and feeling each vertebrae of your spine sinking in to the space.

One last time,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Feeling your hips open,

Your legs falling where they may.

Feeling your whole being from the crown of your head to the tipsy tops of your toes.

I activate this space with healing energies,

Sacred energies.

I ask at this time for your angels,

Your guides,

Your healing team to step forward,

To surround you at this time,

To feel their presence,

Their energy supporting you,

Loving you.

I ask for my healing team to step forward and surround me at this time.

I call forth the Palladian Emissaries of the Light to be our gatekeepers today,

Only allowing in the most highest divine light.

I bring your awareness to your soul chakra located about 50 feet above your crown.

It may show up as a diamond,

A bright light,

Or just a knowing that it's there.

And I want you to see this center beginning to open up into a triangle,

Into an inter-dimensional pathway to the divine light.

I want you to feel and see and sense this beautiful cosmic energy ascending down,

Gently entering into your crown,

Clearing space,

Dissolving away anything that is in the way of you receiving this transmission,

These healing frequencies.

Feeling pulling that divine light down into your third eye,

Into your fourth and fifth eye,

Clearing up any interference,

Dissolving away the worries of the day,

The to-do lists,

The mindless chatter of our ego,

Quieting our mind,

Allowing that energy to gently flow into and through our physical ears,

Attuning us to the subtle realm of consciousness,

Allowing that energy to flow gently through our physical eyes,

Softening them,

Relaxing them,

And allowing that energy to be guided down into your throat center,

Relieving any pressure to act,

To do,

To be any certain way other than your natural divine programming,

Guiding that divine light down into our heart space,

Where we breathe it in and allow it to expand,

Clearing that pathway,

Pulling it down from our heart space into our solar plexus,

Allowing it to begin to percolate,

Just opening these centers up,

Allowing anything that is ready to escape and be free to dissolve instantly,

Allowing that energy to go down even further,

Be brought down into our sacral center,

Clearing any fears,

Any insecurities that we may be feeling right now in this moment,

Allowing our bodies,

Our physical bodies,

To rest and receive fragmented parts and pieces of our energy,

Pulling it all into our being,

Bringing it down into our root center,

Helping us to feel stable and secure,

To feel rested,

Patient,

And open to relaxing and receiving as we allow that energy to move down our legs and out our feet,

Rooting our energy,

Our physical being,

All the way through Mother Earth's crystalline layers and anchoring it deep into her heart center,

Feeling that connection,

That instant return of her loving energy rising up through our roots,

Through our physical legs and back up through our centers,

Resting in our heart space.

In this sacred chamber that we have created,

However it appears to you,

I want you to see in your mind's eye or know that it's there,

An elevator of consciousness inviting you in,

And as those doors open and you step in,

You take a seat in a beautiful chair that's soft and relaxing,

Comfortable,

Allowing those doors to close and the sign to appear,

The sign reads,

There's nothing to do here,

Just relax and breathe and allow your consciousness to elevate,

And with that we feel that shift,

We feel the elevator of consciousness begin to rise,

Moving our energies into the fourth dimension,

The sixth dimension,

Feeling those soft,

Cosmic frequencies within our energy,

Like harmonics playing,

As we once again rise into the seventh dimension,

Just feeling that peaceful,

Blissful energy,

The sacredness of this space,

As we elevate and rise once again into the eighth dimension,

Feeling ourselves beginning to open up,

Expansion setting in,

As we rise once again into the ninth dimension,

Just opening yourselves up,

Feeling every cell in your being opening to receive the beautiful high frequencies,

As we open into the expansiveness of the tenth dimension,

Breathing,

Letting go,

Relaxing into this space even more as we rise into the eleventh dimension,

Feeling that expansiveness,

That openness,

Almost the coolness of this galactic energy,

This cosmic space,

As we rise and arise into the twelfth dimension,

Feeling and seeing that elevator of consciousness opening,

As we step out into the twelfth dimensional space,

Just take a moment to feel how open and freeing this space is.

Off in the distance,

You see a beautiful light shining down on a beautiful patch of grass,

And as you begin to walk towards this light,

You begin to see this space very vividly,

The gardens,

The crystalline waters,

The trees,

And this one little patch of grass that's falling to you,

And as you step onto it,

You feel it at the bottoms of your feet,

The soles of your feet opening,

The blades are so soft,

It's cool,

It's inviting,

It's so soft and cushiony,

You decide to lay down on your back and just sink into the soft,

Subtle blades of grass,

You feel the warmth of the cosmic sun,

The energy as it shines down,

You feel it beginning to concentrate and gently and comfortably almost beaming its rays straight in to your solar plexus,

Inviting you to open up,

To allow forth anything that's been going on in your energy,

Any patterns,

Any heavy,

Dense energies,

Any heavy,

Dense emotions,

Anything that's been reflected back to you recently,

Feel that ray,

The cosmic rays shooting down in to that center,

Feel it almost beginning to turn and gently spin,

Just warm enough to begin to purify and break down the heaviness into more digestible pieces,

We ask that these pieces become illuminated by the cosmic light,

We ask that you take this moment to allow the stories that these energies are presenting to unfold in front of you,

Maybe it will be a feeling,

A knowing,

Some words,

Maybe it will show like a movie,

What are these patterns,

These emotions,

These feelings,

What are they trying to show you,

What do you need to see to release them from your energy,

Take this time and allow each piece that begins to be broken down by the beautiful cosmic sun energy to elevate and be illuminated in front of you and just be open to what it's showing you.

As these illuminations finish,

You begin to feel a presence.

A safe presence walking towards you.

This is Lord Metatron who is wanting to support you.

As he walks up to your side,

It almost completely blocks the cosmic sun,

Creating a beautiful halo of light emerging from behind his crown and the top of his body.

You're able to focus in on his beautiful face and his warm energy that he brings.

He is wanting to transmit some beautiful electric blue,

Healing frequencies from the palms of his hands down into your solar plexus,

Really cleaning out this center of energy.

And before he does that,

When you feel that transmission,

When you feel that warmth,

That beautiful energy,

I want you to visualize,

To know,

To see and feel every cell in your solar plexus awakening,

Opening up and releasing whatever is not yours,

Whatever is not yours to carry,

Whatever patterns and burdens and emotions that are ready to be dissolved,

To be cleared from your energy,

From every part of you,

Past,

Present and future,

All blood lines,

All timelines on a cellular clearing.

See and feel that opening as you see his hands begin to be brought forward.

And you see this beautiful electric blue ray now being transmitted from his palms down into your solar plexus.

Just feel and receive.

And make sure you're breathing,

You're allowing this to come into the center,

To permeate,

To reset all of this energy.

I'm going to transmit some tones to really help and assist in Metatron's healing frequencies.

Just allow them to permeate your body,

The trusting of your intuition,

Activating the remembrance of your original purpose,

What you came here to do and experience,

Awakening your energy,

Opening you up to receive in ways you have only dreamed.

Feel that cosmic sun raining down on you,

Activating you,

Lighting your solar plexus up.

Feel that flame,

That empowerment ignite as the activation begins to sink in to every cell and seal.

Remember that God or goddess energy that lives within you,

Your divine birthright to be seen,

To be heard and to shine your light.

I just feel,

Feel that activating little sparks opening up within you,

Lighting up your whole light body,

Clearing in your aura around you,

Purifying,

Smoothing out everything that surrounds you.

To see that beautiful being in cosmic light emerging from the outside of your being as it continues to purify and clear all the energy in all of your auric fields that surround you,

Expanding out to that infinite consciousness that expansion,

That ignition.

As the cosmic ray begins to settle,

See yourself beginning to sit up in this grass and just taking that moment to feel gratitude for this loving activation that the cosmic sun has provided for you.

And as you rise to your feet,

Once again feeling that soft,

Subtle grasp beneath your feet,

Activating,

Opening your feet chakras.

Take one last look around at this beautiful sacred space in the 12th dimension.

Feel into it.

As you breathe it in,

You seal it into your memory and begin to head back to that elevator of consciousness.

As those doors open and you step in,

You take your seat and begin to relax and breathe.

As those doors close and you feel that shift,

As we begin to lower back down,

Harmonizing and integrating this instantaneous healing within your energy.

As we gently lower back down into the 11th dimension,

Breathing through it,

Feeling like a cocoon of energy is just harmonizing around you as we lower once again into the 10th dimension.

Breathing,

Relaxing,

Harmonizing as we gently lower down into the 9th dimension.

Feeling all of this integrating into every cell of your being,

Sealing in,

Lighting you up,

Relaxing you.

As we settle down into the 8th dimension,

Allowing this sacred space to just integrate all that we received.

As we slowly once again lower down into the 7th dimension,

Feeling those harmonizing energies,

Those sound frequencies to harmonize our light body and to integrate our physical body.

Breathe through this and we relax into it as we lower once again into the 6th dimension,

Feeling that vibrational energy washing over us,

Harmonizing,

Integrating even deeper into every cellular memory,

Allowing our physical body to catch up instantaneously as we lower once again into the infinite loving 5th dimension.

Feeling that infinite love flow over you and within you,

This beautiful aquamarine energy begins to come into this sacred elevator space,

Just washes over you,

Through you as it reverts your physical body as you settle down into the 4th dimension.

Feeling that peace,

Feeling your energy beginning to come back into your physical body,

Feeling that remembrance,

That cellular integration settling back into this dimension as we arrive in the 3rd dimension.

Feeling that elevator of consciousness opening back up into that sacred space where we began.

And as you step out,

Find yourself on a new patch of grass,

Mother Earth's grass,

Her loving energy as those open root chakras at the bottoms of your feet allow your new fresh roots to emerge,

Sinking down deep through all her crystalline layers once again,

Anchoring your physical body and your light body all the way down deep in to her core,

Anchoring into her heart space,

Allowing yourself to come back down and physically step back into this space.
