Plum Village practice centre is the monastery home of Zen teacher, poet, and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. I have been involved with PV for many years and recently recorded and released an album of some of their PV songbook songs. They love songs at Plum Village, I was there for a year in 2016 and enjoyed learning them. Go As A River is a song about being a community, being together.
