A guided meditation for when we want to release stuck energy at the Crown Chakra. Combining the energy of gemstones and colour and calling in support from Neptune and Jupiter. Helping us find peace, harmony and serenity and strengthening our connection to the higher spiritual energies that are our guides, guardians and angels. There are so many different interpretations of which gems and planets align with which chakras and these are the ones that spoke to me for this meditation.
