This guided inner journey is an invitation to slow down, arrive fully into the body, and enter the quiet thresholds we cross as human beings. Rather than trying to fix, force, or achieve a particular state, this practice supports the nervous system in softening out of urgency and into deeper contact with the present moment - as a gateway to the thresholds we are either seeking or find ourselves arriving at. Through somatic awareness, breath, sensation, and relational presence, we explore what it means to stop reaching ahead of ourselves — and instead allow life to meet us where we are. This journey is spacious, contemplative, and body-led. You may experience moments of stillness, subtle emotional movement, deeper grounding, or a quiet sense of inner reorganization. The music is called Pristine.
