Hello radiant beings,

This is Julia from Guided Light Meditations.

Thank yourself for taking time out of your day to show up for yourself.

Sit yourself into a relaxed position,

Whether it's sitting upright,

On your bottom,

Or laying down.

Imagine yourself at a location that brings you a great sense of peace.

Take some time to introduce yourself to the space.

Give yourself permission to seep into a state of deep relaxation.

Take one deep inhalation,

And exhale.

Another inhalation,

And exhale.

One more inhalation,

And exhale.

You are present.

You are one with this space.

Ease into your conscious state of being.

Next,

Carefully observe the senses in your feet.

Relax each individual toe,

And imagine them melting into the earth,

Becoming more and more grounded.

Let the sensation climb up towards your ankles,

Bottom of your feet,

And let your feet sink into the ground beneath you.

You are grounded and supported.

Now relax each calf.

Be grateful for the muscles that support you.

Allow your calf muscles to seep into the earth.

Let your body ease into a state of deeper relaxation.

Move your awareness towards your knees,

And imagine them melting into the ground beneath you.

Each muscle in your knees become totally and completely relaxed.

You are grounded,

And you are supported.

Next,

Take some time to feel any stagnant energy in your thighs.

Let this energy go.

Let it sink into the earth.

Thank your feet,

Calves,

And thighs for your strength.

Let go of any tension,

Seeping into a greater state of relaxation.

Now observe your root,

The space at the bottom of your spine where your tailbone resides,

The core of your stabilization.

Thank the front side of your body,

Your reproductive system,

For the ability to create new life.

Let the bottom of your spine sink to the ground.

You are deeply supported by the earth.

Move your awareness upwards to your stomach.

Thank your digestive system for the ability to break down nourishment you put into your sacred vessel.

Imagine a rope tied around your stomach area,

Pulling you deeper into the earth.

There is no need to worry about anything else but your state of consciousness.

Your body is tied to the rope,

Emerging deeper into the earth,

Melting away any unnecessary worries.

Next,

Become conscious of any sensations in your chest.

Know that you have no reason to carry excess weight in your chest.

Let go of any tension in this area.

Let your heart and chest seep into the ground beneath you.

Now move your awareness towards your neck and shoulder area.

This is where we tend to carry the most weight.

Allow yourself to take off the weight upon your shoulders.

Give yourself permission to let any stress go.

Let it melt away,

Seeping you deeper and deeper into the earth.

Now move your awareness to your face,

Let your jaw,

Lips,

Nose,

Cheeks,

Eyes,

Eyebrows and forehead relax.

Be grateful for any sensations you might be experiencing scanning these areas.

You are melting away any built up tension in these areas,

Letting go.

Let your tension move away from your face.

It is no longer serving you.

Your face is now completely relaxed.

Next,

Feel any sensations at the crown of your head.

Melt away any negative thoughts you may have.

Let them go into the earth.

You are now seeped into the core of the earth.

Now imagine a beam of violet light emerging from the top of your head.

Violet light represents a stream of spiritual energy opening up your consciousness.

You are turning any negative thoughts into positivity.

Let this beam of light encompass the rest of your body.

You are raising your consciousness and you are fully supported with violet light surrounding you.

You are now fully and completely relaxed with this violet light surrounding you.

You have melted away any stress,

Tension,

Stagnant energy or worries away.

Be present with yourself for the next few minutes with your violet light.

Thank yourself for grounding yourself,

Letting go and opening your consciousness.

Continue on with your day whenever you feel you are ready and have a beautiful rest of your day.
