I'm so excited to be recording this somatic alchemy flow embodiment practice for you to really take a moment to connect in with your body,
Connect in with your natural rhythms,
Your cycle,
Whatever's coming up for you during the session,
I want you to know that it's safe.
We're going to create a sacred container here for you to really allow yourself to move in your power.
And the reason why I wanted to create this practice is because there's so much magic when we're able to really allow ourselves to connect in,
To see what's coming up for us in our bodies and our emotions,
And just allowing yourself to really be with it,
Right?
And move that energy.
The beautiful thing about somatic movement,
You know,
When it comes to our bodies is that we get to decide,
We get to choose what we're moving through and what we're calling in and what we are releasing,
You know,
So it really is an empowering practice for us to connect with ourselves,
Right?
And our sovereignty and our bodies and just so much magic and healing that comes through when we do this work,
Right?
The codes,
The activations,
The integrations,
Right?
This is where the real magic happens,
You guys.
When we do this work,
When we integrate within our bodies and our nervous systems,
This next level,
Right?
Or this version of us that we know is deep within us,
Right?
So I want you to just take a moment to have a quiet place,
You know,
Somewhere where you can really not be bothered.
And in this sacred space,
We're going to just spend about 12 minutes or so allowing yourself to just move to the movement through the music.
And I'm gonna guide you,
You know,
Through the process to allow yourself to just flow.
And if this is new to you,
It might feel a little weird.
It might feel awkward or just like,
What do I do with myself,
Right?
And I know when I first started doing this practice for myself,
It definitely felt weird.
But once you start getting into this flow and this rhythm,
You,
Your body will naturally move for you,
Right?
Your body will naturally start to shift and flow and just have this rhythm that it wants to move in.
So don't judge yourself.
Don't worry if you look silly or if you think you look,
You know,
Like if someone's watching you,
They're probably like,
Oh my God,
Don't worry about it.
Just allow yourself to,
Again,
Flow and be in your,
Your own little sacred container.
Cause this time is really for you.
Okay,
So if you are all set and if you need to pause this,
You can pause this and come back,
Whatever,
You know,
Is a good time for you to do this.
So now that we're all ready,
Want you to just take a moment to just really sit down in your spot that you're at,
Or if you want to stand,
Whatever feels good to you.
And I want you to imagine that this time here is this beautiful golden light that's surrounding you,
You know,
In this container,
Imagine yourself in the middle of this beautiful container,
This ring of light,
Right?
Surrounding you in this room.
And as you're imagining this light,
Just imagine that you're sealing this sacred container for you,
Sealing this energy here in this space so that you're able to really connect in with your divinity,
Connect in with your guides,
Connect in with your ancestors of 100% love,
Right?
And light.
So you can empower yourself to remember your beauty.
So as we're here,
Sealing the room,
I want you to just place your hand on your heart,
Setting an intention today for the somatic embodiment flow session.
What is it that you're wanting to move through?
What's coming up for you today?
Is it fear?
Is it anger?
Is it jealousy?
Is it fear of not being enough or doing enough?
Whatever it is that's coming up for you today,
I want you to hold yourself in this and setting that intention as far as what you would like to move through your body through this practice.
Now I want you to just allow this music to empower you today and move however you feel fluid,
However you feel.
Again,
There's no right or wrong way here.
Start wiggling your hands,
Moving your arms,
Moving your hips in circles,
Allowing yourself to just feel into the energy,
Feel into the movement,
Feel into the movement,
Feel into this moment,
What's coming up for you.
And as you're here,
Allow yourself to just flow in this natural rhythm to the music,
Moving your hips,
Allowing yourself to call in your guides,
Your spirit team.
As you move through the music,
Allow yourself to alchemize these emotions that are coming through today.
So maybe moving through with a confidence,
Maybe that's being on your knees,
Releasing emotions,
Maybe it's just allowing yourself to hold yourself here in this moment.
It's safe for you to be here.
It's safe for you to release and express.
And as you're here in the space,
Just feel into what's being asked of you today.
What's being asked for you to move through your body,
To birth through your body or to release.
Where is it today that you're feeling this pull or resistance?
Allow yourself to just trust yourself and your body and how it wants to move and how it wants to flow.
This process is yours.
This container is yours.
I'm going to just allow the music to play here as you can just integrate this movement into a deeper space,
A deeper level,
Holding yourself in this.
I'm going to just allow the music to play here.
I want you to know that you're being guided to just trust yourself here in this process.
Moving your hips and your hands and your arms and your body in a rhythm that just feels good to you.
You're held in this container as an unveiling of your strength,
Your wisdom.
Keep allowing yourself to move,
Your heart releasing any thoughts or anything that might be just keeping you from being here.
Overthinking and overanalyzing,
Releasing all that.
Moving your arms and your hips and your body in a way that feels good to you.
This moving beautiful meditation,
This alchemy.
You're strong.
You're capable.
You're worthy.
You're enough.
Allow yourself to speak these words,
These affirmations to you.
Allow what needs to go,
Go.
And what needs to come,
Come.
As we're getting ready to wrap up this meditation,
This alchemy flow,
I want you to just hold yourself and seal this container here that you've created for yourself.
Feeling in this energy,
This new release or energy that you're bringing with you after this session.
Holding yourself again and just thanking yourself for creating this space this time.
Thank you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable,
To just move your body in a way that felt good to you,
For challenging yourself to do something that felt maybe a little out of your comfort zone or even if it did feel something that felt natural to you,
That's beautiful too.
There's beauty and growth and moving out of our comfort zone.
