In this offering, we explore using sound as a way to anchor the attention. We'll explore what it's like to be in relationship to what's happening, resourcing with mindfulness and music in our meditation practice. I invite you to check in and see what feels comfortable, remembering there's no right way to be with sound. We practice listening with the whole body, feeling sound, visualizing sound, being with sound in whatever ways accessible. Thanks for your practice!
