Our world is noisy.

Our world is full of what it thinks you should do.

Who you should be.

The world will tell you how to think.

How to feel.

Unsolicited opinions given.

Beliefs pushed on you.

Loved ones will weigh in on what they feel you should do.

Your mind is noisy.

000 thoughts a day racing and swirling and spinning through.

Saturating our senses.

Pulling us out of the gift of the present moment.

All of this commotion causes us to question ourselves.

What we feel is right.

What we know in our heart to be true.

There are times to seek guidance outside of ourselves.

And there are times to trust yourself.

Your intuition.

Your inner wisdom.

Don't look to others for something you already know,

My dear.

See their generosity for what it is.

They're simply trying to help based on their own life experiences.

But no one has ever walked this path before.

It is yours.

Lovingly thank them for their thoughtfulness and be on your way.

Your inner wisdom.

Your inner knowing.

God's whisper can only be heard when the noise is quieted.

It's as if you're in busy times square and a small child is pulling on your jacket,

Wanting to whisper a secret in your ear.

The commotion needs to subside in order to hear the gift being given to you.

What's worrying you?

What's causing you confusion,

Self-doubt,

Feeling stuck?

First,

Be gentle with yourself.

You're simply listening to the noise of the world and not your inner knowing.

Bring your troubles on your journey within.

Your inner wisdom may be delivered in many different ways.

You may hear a voice,

Feel a gentle nudge,

See a vivid image.

You may feel your energy shift or a subtle moving away or toward a thought.

You'll know it.

You'll feel it.

You'll see a path open up,

A possibility arise,

A fog lift.

Come down from the crashing waves on the surface to where it's quiet.

It's just you.

Be still.

Observe.

In this calm,

Safe space,

Sits who you are.

Your unanswered questions wait here to be unlocked.

Your uninhibited confidence,

Clarity,

Your center,

Your power,

Your unwavering divine truth dwells here.

Give yourself the time and space to hit pause when you need to connect with your inner wisdom.

Then,

When ready,

Hit play again and come back to the world.

This may take time.

Be patient.

You may need to take the journey again.

Know that it's available to you any time you need,

Like a loyal friend waiting to love you.

Be still and know.
