Morning meditation for grounding and connecting to the earth.
If possible,
Sit facing an open window,
The sun or outside in the grass near a tree.
Wherever you're at,
Close your eyes and imagine that you're sitting in the grass.
Feel the wind on your skin.
Hear the leaves of a tree nearby rustling overhead.
Sense the light reflecting from its leaves onto your eyelids.
Brush your fingertips in the blades of grass.
Feeling this cool sensation.
And then rest your palms on your thighs.
Feel the heartbeat of the earth through your veins.
Awareness in the base of your spine.
See your silver grounding cord burrow into the earth.
Observe this silver cord beginning at your pelvic bone,
Muladhara chakra.
Traveling from the base of your spine and burrowing into the earth.
Observe the pace at which it travels.
The magma,
The shifting plates and layers it moves through with ease as it knows its path.
See the size of its circumference.
Its radiance as a beam of earthly metal.
Iron in your blood going into resonance with iron in the earth.
Visualize roots extending out of this cord and burrowing into the core crystal of the earth.
See the roots penetrating beyond the surface of this sphere,
Re-establishing,
Strengthening your connection with mother earth.
She is alive.
Feel her joy as she senses your contact and present awareness of her.
See that strong connection of your roots holding a firm grip in her center,
Her core crystal of light.
She sends a pod of light through your roots and up your silver channel,
Cleansing any debris and clearing any dark or weak areas.
As this silver pod of light reaches the surface,
It begins to pool in your pelvic bowl,
Filling you with silver light.
This pod expands as a barrier of light around your entire body.
And you sink into the earth,
Gently being lowered as if by an elevator through each layer of our dear planet.
See the rock,
The magma,
The core crystal,
And your body as a seed,
Slowly pulled back into the womb,
Earth's core crystal.
As you curl up in this warm,
Familiar,
And comforting cocoon,
You escape into a deep rest.
Mama earth goes to work filling you with love and nourishment until every cell is emitting love and light.
The earth wraps you up in a seed pod shell and sends you back up the way you came as you elevate through your silver grounding cord.
You notice the shaft beneath you is a bright,
Beaming,
Green stalk.
As you breathe in,
Feel your seed shell rise just beneath the surface of the earth and hold that breath in.
And exhale as you sprout atop the earth as a beautiful,
Green bud,
Standing on the earth,
Strong roots holding you firm,
Love from the earth alive in every cell.
You feel a soft wind whisper by,
Gently blowing any dirt or debris from your leaves.
You feel the life and intention behind this sweet caress from the earth.
A slow,
Steady rain begins to fall,
Fueling your entire being with sacred water as it picks up nutrients in the air on its way to you.
Finally the sun peeks out and its vibrant rays pave their way,
Warming you,
Blasting you with luminous energy.
These brilliant beams of light pave their way right through the cracks of your tightly closed bud.
You feel light and warmth entering in and slowly expand one petal at a time,
Letting the light fill each piece fully before moving on to the next.
Being in this radiant energy,
Feeling love exuding from Father-Son into every cell.
As each petal opens,
Revealing a new layer,
A new story,
Another glorious piece of you to bask in the sun.
As you open up fully,
You feel this flower blossoming alive in your being,
Aligned with your physical body.
Glimpse blanketed by the silver light in your pelvis.
Blossomed petals sit atop the crown of your head.
In your mind's eye,
You see the forest around you,
Trees and vines,
Ferns and butterflies,
Birds humming by.
This beauty,
All this beauty is your mirror.
You are a part of this incredible scenery,
Alive with love and abundance.
As you turn your gaze up at the sun,
See its brilliant light emitting in every direction,
Feeling that warmth beaming on your skin.
Bright golden light blasting through the cosmos,
Reflecting light through the entire solar system,
Giving life to our entire planet.
Father-Son sends a beam of light straight down through your flowering crown,
Down your stem and spine,
And into your pelvis,
Swirling into a beautiful spiral with your silver light.
This golden silver light spins up and out engulfing you in a radiant glow,
Expanding out around you in every direction.
Feel this light igniting life and love into every cell,
Exuding light out into the universe.
You are cleansed by the rain,
Moved by the wind,
Fueled by the sun,
And nurtured by the earth.
See this swirling orb of golden silver light expand out into the space around you,
Sending this light down your shaft,
Your stem,
Your silver cord,
All the way to the core crystal of the earth.
As it enters into the womb of the earth,
It expands out engulfing the entire globe,
Sending gratitude to our planet,
Appreciating all the life,
All the love that she supports.
As we sit in between our brilliant sun and our luminous planet,
We are united as one tribe of the universe,
Of light,
Exchange,
And transformation of love and energy.
Between you,
Mother earth,
Father sun,
Constant motion,
Constant gratitude for all that's given and all that's received,
Gratitude to sit in this awareness of the cycle,
Gratitude for this physical body and planet to experience life with,
Gratitude for the abundance provided all around us,
The ability to participate in offering this abundance to all around us.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the grass beneath you,
The air on your skin,
The sun on your face,
This amazing physical body you've been so blessed to call your home,
To call you.
Slowly begin to open your eyes,
Taking in the light,
The scenery,
The world around you.
This gift,
This moment,
This breath,
This day.
Work,
Day,
Hour,
