Thank you for taking a moment to come back to yourself.
Sometimes just one conscious breath can help you to get centered.
We're going to take a few moments to get present and reset your intention for the day.
In a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
Lay your hands in your lap,
And allow everything else to fall away.
Accept the awareness of your breath.
Taking a deep breath in and exhale,
Releasing and relaxing.
Giving your mind and body permission to get settled as you begin to get present.
Breathing naturally,
Notice the inhale,
Notice the exhale.
The rising and falling of the belly.
The way the air feels colder on the inhale and warmer as you exhale.
Breathing more deeply and with more awareness than you have yet today.
Consciously coming back to center and relaxing even deeper,
Following your breath.
Allow yourself to simply be.
Take this moment to let yourself off the hook.
There's nothing you need to think about,
Figure out.
There's nothing you need to prove.
Being as you are right now is enough.
Everything in this moment is enough.
You're safe to be exactly as you are.
Taking a deep breath in,
Your lungs expanding and relaxing as you exhale.
Your mind and your body more settled,
More peaceful.
Take another deep breath in,
Exhaling everything out,
Relaxing even deeper.
Now take a moment to set an intention for the rest of the day.
Or you can visualize the rest of your day as if you are in a flow state,
Able to be at peace with yourself,
Whatever you're doing or not doing.
Take a deep breath in,
Breathing in that intention.
And as you exhale,
Surrendering it to the universe.
Knowing that whatever happens,
You can always come back to your breath.
Knowing you are enough as you are.
Take a final deep breath,
Your deepest one yet,
And exhale everything out.
Bringing this peace with you throughout the rest of your day.
