Our lives can feel so demanding and overwhelming at times.

Always chasing the next thing we need to accomplish can leave us unable to just be present in the moment.

Let my voice guide you on a journey into present time.

Your body and your breath only exist in the present.

They are always there,

Anchoring you into the moment.

The goal of this meditation is to simply witness whatever arises.

When thoughts occur,

Simply notice,

Which returns you to a place of neutrality and peace.

Let us begin.

In a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

Rest your hands in your lap,

And begin to relax.

Notice your breath without necessarily changing anything.

Just begin to witness.

Turning your attention to your body and your breath,

Bringing your awareness into present time by simply noticing.

Now begin to breathe deeper,

Filling your belly all the way,

Exhaling and relaxing even deeper into the present moment.

Seeing the sensations of being in this body,

Sitting as you are in the space you are in,

Staying grounded and rooted in the moment by following your breath.

Now allow yourself to simply be aware and allow this awareness to spread throughout your entire body,

From the top of your head all the way to your toes.

Notice the temperature of the space you are in,

The quality of the air,

Any sounds you may notice going on around you.

Notice how the surface of what you are sitting on feels against your body,

Allowing this moment to be as it is.

Notice how right now you are safe.

There is nothing here to harm you in any way.

There is nothing being demanded of you.

Every word I offer is simply a suggestion.

What's most important is your present time experience.

All aspects of you are welcome to be here now.

You are totally and completely safe to be as you are.

And really with yourself as you are.

Allowing yourself to drop any expectations,

Doubts,

Opinions,

Or assumptions and the need to figure anything out.

Giving yourself full permission to simply be.

Safe to bring all of your awareness into your point of power,

The here and now.

Take this moment to appreciate yourself for making the space to come back to yourself,

To be present.

Bringing your attention back to your breath and relaxing even deeper into presence.

There is nothing you need to be or prove.

All you need to be is exactly as you are right now.

Breathing deeply in this moment.

Knowing that your past and your future are not your concern.

Who you are right now is more important than what will happen in the future.

Who you are right now deserves attention and presence.

Notice your thoughts.

Notice how you feel.

Notice your body.

Notice the life force energy in your body.

Notice how the cold air feels at the tip of your nose as you take a breath in.

And how the air feels warmer as you exhale.

Notice how your belly rises and falls with each breath.

Notice how it feels to be present with yourself.

Becoming aware of the now brings you into the recognition of the stillness from which all things emerge.

Being aware of the now is the best preparation for the future.

Being aware of the now allows you to access your full power and potential.

Being aware of the now is all that is ever really being asked of you by the universe.

Being aware of the now is your access point to healing and peace.

Being aware of the now is your birthright as a spiritual being incarnated into this body that is always anchoring you into the present.

You may notice that you are much more relaxed than when you started.

You may notice you feel lighter.

Allow yourself to relax even deeper.

Breathing naturally,

Rooted in presence,

Divinely guided and connected.

As you leave this meditation,

Know that your body and your breath are always anchoring you into the present moment.
