Good afternoon,
This is Jennifer Wiles.
In my meditation today I was inspired to record this for all of you.
So before we get started make sure that you are cozy,
Maybe you want to lay down and cuddle up,
Support your legs and neck,
Get warm.
Perhaps you'd like to sit up in a chair.
Wherever you are just get as comfortable as possible.
And start to come into your body whether you're laying down or sitting up.
Feel the bed or the chair.
Allow your body to start to sink into that support.
Start to come to your breath,
Whatever breath is natural for you in this moment.
Feel your breath moving through your body.
Feel the fullness at the top of the inhale and feel that emptiness at the bottom of the inhale.
And start to allow your jaw to relax.
Allow your face to soften.
And start to bring your breath into your belly so when you inhale your belly rises.
And when you exhale your belly softens.
And now take a deep inhale and exhale fully out the mouth and start to feel your whole body sinking down deeper towards the earth.
Feeling the support of the earth underneath your body.
Knowing that you are held in this space of love and trust.
If you wish to join me in setting an intention for this practice repeat to yourself silently three times.
I am love.
I am trust.
I am love.
I am trust.
And speak it with emotion and energy so that your whole being and the entire universe hears you and feels you.
And know that this intention of love and trust is already your truth.
You just need to wake it up within yourself.
You just need to remember.
I am love.
I am trust.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Bring all of your focus to your heart center.
And begin to feel what it's like to be in your heart right now.
There's no way that it should be.
Just experience what it's like to be in your heart right now.
Staying with your breath,
Breathing deeply.
Feeling spaciousness on the inhale and softness and surrender on the exhale.
Surrendering into that love and trust.
Breathing into that love and trust.
And maybe your heart has a message for you today.
Check in and listen for whatever that may be and maybe there's no message and that's totally perfect.
No expectations.
And we move on to our journey for today.
Moving into your biggest and wildest dreams.
Coming to a place where there are no rules.
To a place where everything and anything is possible.
Everything and anything that you can imagine for your life is possible.
Now see yourself standing at a threshold,
Whatever that threshold is for you.
Somewhere in nature,
Maybe a door.
And take a deep breath in.
Cross over that threshold and exhale.
And you see before you your biggest and wildest dreams manifested.
Anything and everything is possible.
What do you see before your eyes?
Where are you?
Who do you see yourself surrounded by?
Who do you see in front of you?
Animals,
Humans,
Elders,
Children.
Notice what you hear.
Notice what you smell.
Notice what you see.
Notice what you taste.
And notice what you feel and how you feel in this place.
What's your role in this place?
What are you wearing in this space?
How are the humans and the animals and the spirits even,
How are they all interacting with each other?
Your biggest and wildest dreams manifested,
No holds barred,
Anything and everything is possible.
Where are you?
Who are you?
What are you feeling?
Breathe with that.
Allow yourself to melt into that space of trust and love.
Complete trust and love.
Take in a deep inhale.
Cross back over that threshold as you exhale completely.
Knowing you are back in this time and this place.
And coming back to focus on your heart.
Repeating that intention,
I am trust,
I am love,
Three times,
Speaking it with emotion and energy and knowing that it's already your truth and it always has been.
You just need to remember.
You need to slough off all the layers that allowed you to forget all the things that aren't truly who you are.
Coming back to that place of love and trust.
You can come back to this place any moment.
Just come to sit with yourself,
Hold your heart and speak that truth to yourself.
I am love.
I am trust.
Perhaps you want to offer yourself a prayer in this moment or send off a prayer to someone you love.
And take a deep inhale.
Let it go.
And in your own time when you feel ready,
Open your eyes and go about the rest of your day.
Or if you're doing this before bed,
Wishing you a peaceful and beautiful sleep.
Coming back to this place whenever you need it with love and blessings.
