Welcome.

Thank you for starting your morning with me.

The way that we begin our day has the power to set the tone for the entire day.

I invite you to begin this practice by closing your eyes or softening your gaze,

Turning your attention inward,

And finding a posture that feels easeful,

Yet engaged.

Perhaps grounding all four corners of your feet into the earth,

Bringing a length to your spine,

Inviting your head upright,

And relaxing your shoulders away from your ears.

Creating a sense of openness in your heart space.

Now turning your attention to your breath,

Inhaling for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhaling for three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhaling for three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhaling for three,

Two,

One.

Now taking a few rounds on your own,

Creating a steady sense of connection to this moment through the breath.

Now letting go of the counting,

Continuing to breathe slowly and intentionally.

Now taking a few deep breaths,

Bringing in fresh life force,

Waking up every fiber,

Every system,

And every cell of your being.

That you want to begin this day with fresh energy and a sense of new possibility.

Every morning is a new beginning,

An opportunity to create your experience.

Looking into the day ahead,

Considering the tasks on your to-do list,

The activities you'd like to do,

The people you will interact with.

Can you imagine this day going well?

See the events unfolding before you.

See the events unfolding before you.

See yourself moving through the day with ease.

Everything unfolding exactly as you'd like it to.

What does this look like?

How does this feel?

Filling in as much detail as possible.

Noticing how this feels in your body and considering how you would like to feel as you move through this day.

Empowered,

Joyful,

Grounded,

Light-hearted,

Maybe all of it at once.

With your next round of breath,

Imagine breathing these qualities into you,

Bringing them into every fiber,

Every system,

And every cell.

And setting the intention to take the necessary actions to create the day that you desire to create the day that you desire and bring these qualities into your reality.

Creating the life that you desire.

Remembering you are a powerful creator.
