This meditation is designed to support you as you connect with your higher self,

To embrace unconditional love and self-acceptance.
Before we begin,
A gentle note.
If at any point you feel overwhelmed,
Activated,
Or uncomfortable,
You can pause this meditation.
Open your eyes,
Look around the room,
And ground yourself in your present environment.
You are always in control of your experience here.
You are invited to move at your own pace.
There is nothing to force,
Nothing to prove,
Only space to notice,
Soften,
And reconnect with yourself.
Now begin by getting comfortable.
Allow your body to settle.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And a gentle exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
And exhale,
Letting your shoulders soften.
One more time,
Breathe in fully,
And release,
Allowing your body to become heavy and supported.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Notice where your body connects.
Simply allow yourself to be held.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath,
Remembering that there's nothing to fix,
Nothing to force,
Just allowing your body to breathe in and out naturally.
Imagine roots gently extending from your body into the earth beneath you.
These roots move down through the soil,
Deep and steady.
They anchor you and support you.
With each exhale,
Release anything you've been carrying,
Tension,
Expectations,
Happiness.
Let the earth hold it for you.
And with each inhale,
Draw up a sense of calm,
Steadiness,
Quiet support.
You are here.
You are safe.
You are held.
Now in your mind,
Imagine a peaceful,
Safe place.
It may be somewhere familiar or somewhere entirely your own creation.
Take a moment to notice what's around you,
Colors,
Textures,
Light.
In this space,
You are about to meet a presence,
A version of you,
Your higher self mother.
This is the part of you that knows how to love without conditions.
The part of you that is wise,
Steady,
And deeply nurturing.
And as she approaches,
Notice what you feel.
There's no right or wrong way for this to unfold.
See her clearly if you can,
Or simply sense her presence.
Notice her expression,
Her energy.
She sees you fully,
And yet there is no judgment in her gaze.
Only understanding,
Only warmth,
And only deep love.
Allow her to come closer to you.
Allow her to hold you closer.
Maybe she sits beside you,
Or wraps you in an embrace.
Notice how it feels to be held by somebody who knows you completely,
And still chooses you,
And still loves you.
You don't have to earn this love.
You don't have to prove anything.
This love is yours,
Because you exist.
And if it feels right,
Imagine her speaking to you.
What does she want you to know?
Let the words come naturally,
Or simply feel the message.
You might hear something like,
I'm here.
I've always been here.
You are enough.
You are loved exactly as you are.
Let yourself receive it,
Even if it feels unfamiliar.
Notice what it feels like as it settles into your body.
Now imagine your younger self,
Your inner child joining this space.
Notice them gently.
No pressure.
No expectation.
You and your higher self mother turns toward them with the same unquestioning gaze.
Unconditional love.
And together,
You both offer that child what they needed.
Safety.
Comfort.
Understanding.
Presence.
Watch as your inner child begins to soften,
Begins to feel seen,
Begins to feel safe.
There's no rush here,
And you can stay as long as you need.
Now gently bring awareness inward.
Now gently bring awareness inward,
And repeat these phrases either out loud or silently.
Taking your time with each one to let them land.
I am worthy of love.
I am allowed to take up space.
I am safe to be myself.
I choose to meet myself with compassion.
I am not too much.
I am not too little.
I am enough just as I am.
I love and accept myself as I am.
I'm becoming the support I've always needed.
I am whole.
Just notice in your body what these words feel like,
Which ones resonate the most with you.
Now imagine your higher self mother placing a hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth and the connection.
Know that she is not separate from you.
She is you.
You can return to her at any time.
You can become her moment by moment.
Let that truth settle into your body.
Begin to bring awareness back to your breath.
Notice the air moving in and out.
Notice your body where you are.
Take a deep breath in,
And a slow breath out.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Roll your shoulders if it feels good.
Take a deep breath in,
And a slow breath out.
When you're ready,
Softly open your eyes,
And know that you carry that love with you wherever you go.
