Feelings of compulsion around food can be deeply unsettling, but we can learn to look at these feelings as a form of communication from the body. In this practice, you will settle the body and notice what sensations, thoughts, and emotions are present. You will spend some time feeling what is there and determining what you need most. Above all you will receive a sense of permission to feel what you feel and to make the decision that is right for you in this moment.
