Loneliness is not only the absence of people. It can arise even in relationships, crowded spaces, or familiar routines — a quiet ache of feeling unseen, unheard, or not truly met. This Pause Transmission offers gentle companionship in those moments. Rather than trying to fix loneliness or push it away, you are guided to turn toward your own experience with kindness. Through the pause, you are supported in staying with what you feel without judgment, allowing the heart to soften instead of closing further. As awareness deepens, the story of separation begins to loosen. This transmission reminds you that while the longing for connection is sacred and human, you are not empty or abandoned while you wait. Beneath the ache, there is a steady Presence that has never left — quietly witnessing, gently holding, and accompanying you even in solitude. Simply take a deep breath and return to the pause. Special thanks to Narek Mirzaei of Music of Wisdom for the beautiful background music.

Shaltazar Paws Transmissions,

When You Feel Alone Greetings dear ones,

We are Shaltazar,

The Gavishpaninu,

The Energy of 33,

The Master Teacher and the Energy of 44,

The Master Healer.

Loneliness is not only the absence of people.

It is the feeling of being unseen,

Unheard,

Unrecognized,

Or not truly met.

It is the sense of inner disconnection,

That something inside of you feels cut off or unreachable,

That your words fall flat or pass by unnoticed because you no longer feel fully connected to yourself,

That the ache you carry inside begins to shape how the world meets you.

You can feel lonely in a crowded room,

Surrounded by voices,

Yet feeling invisible.

You can feel lonely in a relationship,

When closeness exists on the surface,

But something essential is missing.

You can feel lonely in your own thoughts,

When there is no one to witness what you are carrying inside.

When loneliness arises,

The mind often tells a painful story.

No one understands me.

No one cares as deeply as I do.

I am too much or not enough.

These stories tighten the heart and deepen the sense of separation.

The pause does not deny the ache of loneliness.

It offers you a way to be with it that does not abandon you further.

In the pause,

You turn toward yourself instead of away.

You notice the heaviness in your chest,

The emptiness in your belly,

The longing woven through your thoughts.

You acknowledge,

I am feeling alone.

This is hard.

You do not rush to fix it.

You do not shame yourself for feeling this way.

You simply stay.

Staying with yourself in this way is an act of profound love.

The pause reveals that there is a part of you that is always here,

Quietly witnessing,

Gently holding,

Never leaving.

Some call this soul.

Some call this spirit.

Some call this the presence of the divine.

Names do not matter.

What matters is that in the pause,

You begin to sense that you are accompanied,

Even when other human beings cannot be with you in the way you desire.

The pause will not remove your longing for connection.

Connection is sacred,

But it will remind you that you are not empty while you wait.

You are not forgotten.

You are not broken.

You are in a tender human moment that deserves kindness.

Simply take a deep breath and return to the pause.
