This Shaltazar Wisdom Infusion invites you to ease the weight of perfectionism and self-criticism with compassion and understanding. In this Shaltazar Wisdom Infusion, you’ll be supported in releasing harsh judgments and rediscovering the innate worthiness that lives within you — allowing yourself to embrace imperfection as a beautiful part of being human. Settle into this practice whenever you need to offer yourself kindness and take a much-needed breath from the relentless pursuit of perfection. Special thanks to Narek Mirzaei of Music of Wisdom for the beautiful background music.

Shelters our wisdom in fusion,

Softening perfectionism and self-criticism.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable position where your body can truly relax.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in and a long,

Easy breath out.

Feel your hands and feet grow warm as your shoulders soften and your face relaxes.

This is your time to simply be,

Allowing the need to strive or do to simply melt away.

Within you resides a deep reservoir of tenderness and acceptance,

Often obscured by the voice of perfectionism and the habit of self-criticism.

These thoughts and feelings are not your essence.

They are simply patterns learned along the way.

As you breathe,

Feel into the softness of your own heart,

A softness that has never required you to earn its love.

Let each breath invite you to gently release the harshness that can tighten your body and cloud your mind.

Let yourself feel that you are already enough,

Exactly as you are.

There is no perfect version of you to chase.

There is only this perfectly imperfect,

Wonderfully alive you,

And that is beautiful beyond measure.

Breathe in compassion.

Breathe out judgment.

Let this tender rhythm soothe your soul and bring you home to yourself.

May you embrace yourself with gentleness and grace.

May you remember that your worth is not defined by doing,

Achieving,

Or appearing a certain way.

And may you go forward knowing that you deserve ease,

Care,

And unconditional love simply because you exist.

You are enough.

You have always been enough.
