Roll your shoulders back slightly,

Lengthen your spine gently,

Open your chest just enough to breathe fully.

Notice your hands resting,

Feel your feet grounded.

With each inhale,

Feel alertness rising.

With each exhale,

Release tension or scattered thoughts.

Take a deep breath to the count of four.

Inhale through the nose,

Slow and full,

Pause softly.

Exhale through the mouth,

Long and smooth.

Again,

Inhale clarity,

Return to a natural,

Steady rhythm.

Picture a gentle light at your forehead,

Just above your eyes,

See it expanding slowly,
