Welcome,
This meditation is here for you,
Is here to help you find your true you,
To connect with your center,
To love the full spectrum and range and colors of yourself without letting any particular part lead or grab the mic or leak energy.
Rather than diffusing or dispersing your precious time and energy and words,
Can you find this container,
This sacred space,
This holy place to be yourself fully,
To feel your authenticity and your connection,
The belonging to yourself and others and the truth of you without compromise.
So settling in to your seat or laying down so that you have support and feel held,
Take a few deep breaths,
Gently,
Firmly with intention.
These breaths can become in through your nose and out through your mouth if that feels comfortable and nurturing to you.
Drop down from your head that's trying to figure things out or remember or plan into your heart that knows your true feelings,
The beauty of your emotional landscape and your needs and desires and even further down into your belly,
Connecting with your ability to take in life,
Digest it and let it move through you so that you can dance with this beautiful existence of yours,
The only one you get to have,
Inhabit and enjoy.
Letting your shoulders drop down a little bit to the back body so that you can shine open the heart,
Maybe placing your hands on your heart and belly as well.
Feeling that comforting touch,
That reassuring presence,
I am here with myself,
I am holding all parts of myself.
I am loving and meeting every aspect,
Every element that makes me,
Me.
They are welcome,
They are here to be healed,
Whole,
Accepted,
Embraced and transformed.
Letting the softness behind your eyes,
Relax behind the closed eyelids,
Gentle in the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The shoulders and the hips all the way down to your toes.
Letting your body know that you are fully present,
Inhabiting every cell.
As you breathe,
Letting go of the stories that spin you out and bringing all parts of you home to your center.
What does it feel like to be fully inhabiting your center,
Your core,
The essence of you really connected to this contained,
Beautiful place that in being contained can also be expansive and free and joyful because it's emanating from your truth rather than your illusion or your fear.
How does moving from your center impact you positively?
How do you feel more connected,
More graceful,
More aligned?
How does it impact others when you smile from your center,
When you receive them and give to them from your center?
Imagine yourself doing that in what you have to do today,
Now.
Last but not least,
If your center had a message for you or from you today,
What would it say?
What do you need to hear from it?
Letting that beautiful message land in your body.
Take another deep,
Full breath,
Letting it out with a sigh.
Giving thanks to yourself for showing up today,
For doing this work to honor you,
Your soul,
Your movement and your stillness.
May you have a beautiful day filled with everything that you are and everything you're becoming as you move with grace.
