In this meditation, we will go on a journey of self-love. We will release old programs, energy, and cords that may block the path to loving yourself. There are the sounds of crystal bowls in the background to help raise your vibration as you move through the meditation.

Hello,

Friends.

Today we are doing a meditation for self-love.

Self-love is so important.

We need this not only for ourselves,

But for all those that we care about.

All those that are in our lives that we are taking time and energy to nurture,

To care for,

To support,

But today our job is to support ourselves,

Taking care and nurturing ourselves.

So with that in mind,

Take some time and set up your environment.

Make sure that you're comfortable,

That the temperature is comfortable,

That you maybe want to get a blanket and pillow.

Sometimes during meditation,

We can get a little cold.

Having a glass of water ready for when you come out of meditation,

And perhaps a pen and paper so that you can write down any notes,

Thoughts,

Or feelings that you have during this time of both release and self-love.

Let's begin.

Taking a nice deep breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feeling the rise and fall of each breath,

Finding your own natural rhythm.

Taking this time for you is an act of self-love.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Feeling the breath as it goes in,

Flowing through your entire body,

And then feeling the release as you exhale.

How good it is to take such a nice deep breath.

Taking time to let go of any thoughts as they float in.

Taking a mental note to take care of them later now is just for you.

You can acknowledge those thoughts,

Then let them go.

Each breath bringing in beautiful healing light,

And each breath out releasing any negative thoughts,

Any old energies,

Anything that is holding you back from loving yourself.

Those thoughts,

Those feelings that are holding you back,

They are not serving your highest good.

They are not helping to move you forward,

And chances are they are not even your own.

As those thoughts that pop in,

They keep you from loving yourself,

I want you to see them,

Each one of them,

Going into its own little balloon of light.

As you see it go into the balloon of light,

Let the balloon rise up into the universe to be cleansed and healed and taken away.

And as you release those thoughts,

Forgive anyone,

Any situation,

And even yourself for putting them there.

It is important to forgive ourselves,

We need to forgive ourselves for holding on to those thoughts,

For allowing others to put those thoughts in our head,

Or in our mind,

In our heart.

Forgiving ourselves for taking on the wounds of others.

Sometimes these are generational wounds,

And sometimes these are our own.

And as wounds heal,

It is okay to let these go,

To forgive all that has put them there.

I forgive those who have put these programs,

Thoughts,

Or energies into my field.

I forgive them with love,

I forgive them with light,

And I'm filled with gratitude for the lessons learned.

But I no longer need those lessons.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

And release.

Always release with forgiveness and gratitude.

As those lessons and those energies have brought us to the wonderful person that we are today.

And there comes a time when we no longer need them.

And that is okay too.

It means that we've grown,

That we're stronger,

Or wiser.

And we are in a better place than we were before.

I want you to see beautiful divine light coming down through your crown chakra.

Going through your entire body,

Cleansing all of your chakras of any old energies,

Chords,

Thoughts,

Programs,

All the way down to your DNA,

All the way down to your cells,

Physically,

Spiritually,

And theoretically.

And release all that no longer serve you.

Because your body fills with light,

And that light will take up the space that those energies and those programs once had.

So instead of being filled with doubt,

With worry,

With stress,

Or any other feelings that keep you from loving yourself,

Instead,

Those will be filled with light,

Beautiful white divine light.

The highest vibration is that of love.

Loving yourself to the highest vibration.

Knowing that you are perfect the way you are.

You are who you are meant to be in this time,

In this space.

You are where you're supposed to be in this time,

In this space.

You're perfectly flawed and flawed to perfection.

All of those little things that you look at about yourself and see them as flaws.

Instead turn it around and see it as gifts,

Because each one of those things make you unique,

Make you who you are.

They are a gift.

All those thoughts,

All those feelings,

All of those things that you wish you could change.

If you feel moved to change some things,

That is fine.

That is called growth.

But don't feel that you should be anybody other than who you are.

Know that you are loved.

You are loved in this time,

In this space,

By people you may not even be aware of.

The most important person who needs to love you right now though is you.

You don't need to do anything to please anyone else.

If saying no to something or someone is what you need,

Love yourself by saying no or not now.

You find that you have habits that are not loving of yourself.

Take this time to decide to change your habits to those that show love to yourself.

Ask yourself is what I'm doing,

What I'm thinking,

What I'm feeling,

Bringing me closer to love or bringing me farther from love.

And then say to yourself,

I will take this time,

These actions and these steps to show myself love every day.

I will sleep enough.

I will nourish my body.

I will fill my spirit.

I will take time for myself.

Whatever it is that you need to do to show yourself love,

Take this time now to set up that plan for yourself moving forward to show yourself love every day.

Breathing in nice deep breath,

Breathing out,

Releasing all those old habits and old patterns that were keeping you from loving yourself.

We're going to take a little time to cleanse,

To cleanse our energy and our spirit.

In front of you,

I want you to picture a beautiful clear lake.

The sun is shining and the water is sparkling.

Often the distance you see little group of rocks and trees.

You may feel the wind brushing against your skin,

The grass beneath your feet.

Feel yourself in this space.

How beautiful you feel,

Bathed in the sun,

The wind,

Supported by the earth beneath your feet.

Feeling your body,

How strong it is,

How capable it is.

You see that water and you decide to take a swim.

You go towards the water and as you walk in,

You hear and feel all the sounds of the lake around you.

Feeling glorious and you continue to walk into the water until you're floating and it feels so good that you decide to just float for a while.

The feeling of the cool water supporting your body,

The warm sun shining above and the ebb and the flow of the water just carrying you,

Supporting you.

Strong and loved.

As you float,

You feel all the cells of your body filled with light.

You feel that light expanding,

Connecting not only through your physical body but your emotional,

Mental and spiritual as well until you are surrounded with light,

Filled with light.

And in each particle of light,

See the word love written in each one.

Reprogram yourselves to have the word love written upon them until every cell of your body is filled with love.

So that loving yourself is effortless,

Loving others effortless.

Areas of your life that would have caused you stress are now able to be seen through the lens of love.

You continue floating and you hear in the distance the sound of water moving.

You decide to change your position a little and you see that group of rocks as a waterfall in a cave.

You decide to explore.

You walk towards the cave as the water is shallower now,

Still moving through the water.

And you're able to easily go through the waterfall into a cave right behind it.

And it's the most beautiful cave you've ever seen sparkling,

Reflecting with crystals and light.

And you decide to just sit in there for a little while soaking it all up.

And you notice a little round pebble on the ground and you pick it up.

It's a beautiful piece of rose quartz.

This is a gift for you.

Place it over your heart chakra to keep your heart in alignment with the vibration of self love.

I'm going to give you some time in this cave to just reflect and to release anything else you need to release.

And then just to be in a state of self love.

You decide that it's time to go back to shore.

That sparkling rose quartz still in your heart chakra,

You make your way out of the cave and back to the lake.

You take a leisurely swim back to the shore.

Walking out onto the warm beach,

Feeling the sand beneath your feet.

You're going to lay on the sand for a little bit and allow yourself to try with the warm sun.

Feeling expanded,

Open,

Filled with love.

Finally try.

You rise,

You walk back onto the grass,

Into the clearing the trees.

And are ready to start your day,

Moving forward with a newfound sense of self love,

Self confidence,

Joy and a renewed spirit.

Taking a nice deep breath,

Breathing out with release.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Feeling yourself coming back into your body.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

How do you feel?

Hopefully you feel filled with love and joy.

You feel empowered.

Remember that this is a journey and that it may take a few times or many times to release.

But love is a practice and it's a choice,

Just like everything else in our life.

And I do hope that this meditation put you on a path to self love.

Take some time today to do something else wonderful for yourself,

Whatever it is.
