This is a guided spoken meditation to help with PTSD for returning war veterans. It can also be used for all forms of PTSD. It will take you on a healing journey to give you the opportunity to begin to heal past memories, be present, and to have a better sleep. The meditation ends with healing affirmations that fade out with music.

A truly powerful guided meditation, especially the visualisation section. As a man, husband, father and a solider, there has been places I’ve been, events, thoughts and emotions in my life that I have boxed up and never dealt. The hardest being the loss of a child. I have been hesitant about trying a visualisation meditation in case I was sent back to a warzone, but I was surprised where it sent me. My daughter appeared to me. For the first time in 11 years since her passing, I cried. I have tried therapy several times but this is the first time that I feel like I have started processing the loss of one of my daughters. Thank you.

Thank you for this practical and focused meditation which did help me to get back to sleep in the middle of the night and to leave all those thoughts of what has happened in the past in the place where they belong, safely distant now. That is a true gift. Namaste

Wonderful meditation for soldiers and civilians too. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing this for veterans. My husband has PTSD from Vietnam and this would work just as well for him as it did for me and my PTSD. THANK YOU AND NAMASTE
