You Notice how you feel right now.
Try meeting yourself with self-compassion on a caring attitude regardless of what may be right now.
Noticing how the body feels.
Inviting your body to find a position that is upright,
Respectful towards yourself,
Yet relaxed and settled.
Just listening to your bodily experience,
Just being.
Feeling the upright stability of the spine.
Letting the sensations guide your attention.
If you become aware of some imbalance or some pressure,
Then allow attention to take that into awareness,
Allowing your spine to adjust itself.
Inviting attention to move through the body,
Following wherever the sensations take you.
All you need to do is feeling,
Experiencing,
Listening.
This body carries so much history.
It has so many stories to tell.
Sometimes it may be important that we patiently and respectfully listen to the story it has to tell.
Sometimes we've heard the story many times before and all we need to do is just embracing and acknowledging the pain without judgment.
Just being in the here and now,
In silence and with care.
Inviting the mind to open up to the bodily experience.
It might be that things are not as you would wish.
Into body or into mind,
But just this,
Exactly like this,
Is how reality is.
Right now it can't be any other way,
So just know whatever is.
Just feeling.
