Regardless of how painful,
Challenging or difficult our lives might be,
We must always start from the point that we are divinely perfect as we already are.
So you are divinely perfect as you are today,
Regardless of your circumstances,
And regardless of challenging,
Painful or difficult aspects to your life.
The essence of you as woman,
That is to say the divine feminine in you,
Is fluid,
Supple,
Soft,
Strong,
Resilient and loving.
What is the divine feminine energy?
If we look at the natural world,
The elements of it which are divinely feminine are as follows.
The creation of life,
Renewal,
Birth,
Healing,
Openness and motherhood in the form of mother nature.
Feminine energy is nurturing,
Loving,
Understanding,
Compassionate,
Insightful,
Intuitive,
Wise,
Forgiving,
Connective,
Harmonious and sensual.
These are all aspects of femininity which exist within us all,
Both men and women,
But to differing degrees.
The beauty of life lies in the alchemy,
How we concoct our own brew of who we are,
Drawing from our masculine qualities when necessary,
But also drawing from and aligning to our inherent femininity too.
Woman is designed to yield,
Stretch,
Open,
Surrender,
Create,
Produce,
Hold,
Reveal,
Heal,
Release and contract.
Woman is designed to show fluidity,
Strength,
Endurance,
Softness,
Suppleness.
She is a portal for one life to the next.
If we live life only in the knowing modality,
That is the brain,
Logic,
Action,
Planning,
Doing,
Masculinity,
We never really truly experience the depths of the beautiful unknown.
That is the being,
The feeling,
Creativity,
Sensuality,
Wisdom and femininity.
The silent space in between the being and the doing is where truth lies.
And if that makes no sense to you,
Try this.
Take a long in-breath and hold for a few seconds and release with a long out-breath.
That holding there,
That's the silence still unknown,
Which is the gentle humming frequency of the universe.
The home of truth and wisdom and clarity.
And I suppose our job is to honor that space as much and as often as we can in our busy lives.
To widen that gap between known and unknown space.
To broaden the horizon between what we know and what we don't know.
In effect,
Making room for the magic to unfold.
I offer you this mantra for today and ask you to allow it to permeate into the very core of your being.
And you may repeat after me or simply allow the words to flow.
I am woman.
I am enough.
I am here now.
This experience is the truth of my physical form,
But there is more to me.
I am a spiritual being having a very human and physical experience.
I have weathered storms.
I have risen up each time.
I am brave.
I am strong.
I am here now.
As a divine manifestation of everything that is as it needs to be.
In the spiritual realm,
I am far greater than my gender and my conditioning.
The divine feminine,
That is the eternal archetype of goddess.
And the divine masculine,
That is the eternal archetype of god.
Both reside in me.
As a woman,
I seek to align to the goddess in me.
Whilst honoring the divine masculine power I have.
Which has guided me and allowed me to venture to where I am today.
I am divine feminine in my feeling capacity.
In my ability to be with the unknown.
I am divine masculine in my acting capacity.
In my ability to do and act within the known.
I open to the inter-existence of both aspects of divine energy within me.
I allow the dance of both masculine and feminine to come alive.
So that I may live in harmony with both.
And evolve in wholeness.
Love in oneness.
And live in unity with all that I am.
