The Eternal Search

The greatest irony is that our eternal search for oneself separates us from our own Source. Our quest for completion and purpose and understanding can often drive us into searching outside of ourselves - seeking in the hearts and minds of others, who are ultimately divinely connected to us all along. We adore and admire those qualities we see in others, not fully embracing that we recognise them because we hold those qualities too. We are mirrors of our own consciousness - in fact mirrors of the One Divine Consciousness. This meditation gently guides you towards that understanding and asks you to reflect on the reality that you are all you seek.
