And welcome to this five-minute morning energizer meditation.
Let's start this day with a burst of energy and positivity.
Find a comfortable seated position,
Either on a chair or on the floor.
Sit up tall,
And if it feels right,
Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh morning air,
And exhale slowly.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your attention to the very top of your head.
Imagine a warm,
Bright morning light shining down upon you.
With each inhale,
Visualize this light slowly descending through your body.
This light is filled with energy and vitality.
As it moves down,
Feel it energizing every part of your body,
From the top of your head down to your neck and shoulders.
Feel the warmth and energy spreading.
Let this light travel further down your arms,
All the way to your fingertips,
Filling them with a tingling sensation of vitality.
Now,
Bring the light down through your chest and stomach.
Feel your core filling with this invigorating bright energy.
Continue to guide this light through your hips,
Thighs,
And down to your knees.
Feel the energy as it moves through your calves and ankles,
And finally,
To your feet.
Your whole body is now filled with this radiant,
Energizing light.
Take a few more deep breaths,
And with each inhale,
Feel yourself becoming more awake,
More alert,
And ready for the day ahead.
Let this light invigorate your spirit and your mind,
As well as your body.
Now,
Gently start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch your arms if you wish,
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
