Good evening,

And thank you for joining me in this deep sleep guided meditation,

In which I will guide you to attract miracles in all areas of your life and relax deeply before sleep.

To begin this practice,

Lay down in your bed and prepare yourself for a night of refreshing sleep.

Wrap yourself in the duvet,

Keep your hands outside with the palms facing up,

Keep your legs slightly apart.

Try not to move very much and find an entirely pain-free position so you can relax.

Close your eyes and become aware of your breathing,

Noticing any tension in your muscles.

Inhale deeply and as you exhale,

Try to let go of all the pressure from your body,

Deepening the relaxation.

Inhale and as you exhale,

Let all the thinking float away from you.

Anytime something is disturbing your inner peace,

Like your mind or any sounds from the external world,

Just come back to the rhythm of your breathing and let yourself melt into the surface.

Stay here,

Relaxed and calm.

Envisage that you are inhaling healing energy into your body and exhale all the doubts,

Insecurities,

And negativity from your whole being.

You are inhaling divine energy in your body,

Power of your breathing,

Which will attract miracles into your life.

Exhale all the stagnant energies and be grateful for this fantastic experience.

Be thankful for this time you have taken to relax and bring yourself back into peace before sleep.

Inhale and exhale,

Visualizing how your body is filling with golden energy as you release all the negativity from your mind and spirit.

Think of anything that you want to change in your life at this moment.

It could be your job,

Relationships,

Or any habit.

Think of those things and visualize them.

If you can imagine something,

That thing is already sent in the universe and will turn into reality over time.

You need to be patient,

Give yourself some time to accomplish these dreams and believe in your power to attract and manifest all the goals you have.

Focus on your goals.

What kind of miracles do you want to attract in your life?

Visualize them like they are already happening right now and be true to your desires.

As you exhale,

Release anything that is no longer in line with your goals and relax.

Notice your breathing,

Your body.

Your dreams manifest because you are watching them become true,

Which is the law of attraction.

If you can see something in your mind's eye,

This thing is already on the way to you.

Let your respiration calm your body as you begin to fall into a state of sleepiness.

It is possible that you do not hear my voice in these moments.
