Hello everyone,

My name is James and I'm going to lead you through a little guided meditation today.

Make sure your eyes are closed softly as if you were getting ready to fall asleep,

But please do not fall asleep.

Keep your eyes closed but stay awake and listen to my voice.

I'd like you to take a few deep breaths and acknowledge the intention that brought you here today and feel your body becoming still and calm.

You're becoming lighter,

So light that you begin to float up off the ground.

You're soaring into the sky where it is beautiful and warm.

The sky is blue,

Full of white puffy clouds.

Birds are singing and the sunshine is warm and golden.

Now fly past the clouds and see a rainbow in the distance.

Begin to soar through the sky toward the rainbow.

The rainbow is beautiful,

Full of so many colors,

So bright and playful.

Fly straight into the rainbow and grab your favorite colors in your hand.

Do not fall asleep on the rainbow.

It is not a soft bed for you to lie down on.

Now I'd like you to imagine you are at a car wash.

You hear the whoosh of the water,

Smell the sharp scent of detergent.

Your car is so dirty it may never get clean.

You drop in quarter after quarter,

Foaming brush,

High pressure rinse,

Clear coat protectant.

It just won't get clean.

You turn on the turtle wax and it comes out lumpy.

You've already dropped $50 in the machine.

You put in another $10.

The little digital timer has an infinity symbol on it.

What is it that troubles you?

Why are you always in such a hurry?

A crow flies up and lands on the hood of your car.

You begin speaking a language only you understand.

As the water sputters out and onto your shoes,

You begin to think,

When did I learn to speak crow?

Now I'd like you to begin slowly moving your fingers and toes.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath.

When you're ready,

I want you to open your eyes.

Namaste.

Intense yet calming. Very much into the current moment and emotional state bringing meditation. Thank you. Unlike any I've experienced so far

Great! Reliable for a good relaxing laugh. Plus rainbows!

Though it did feel a bit rushed, I loved flying through the rainbow and being reminded that I need to slow down and focus on the process. Take the time to care for all the dirty parts, even though it will take forever. Definitely have not laughed so hard on any other meditations.
