Sat Nam everyone.
My name is Jai Kamalkar.
I'm so excited to share with you today the ancient art of Sat Nam,
Rishayan healing.
Now this is a beautiful healing art and it allows for any resistances or blockages,
Whether they are emotional,
Physical,
Mental,
Or even karmic,
To be released from the body.
So my brief description of how it works is that by me dropping into a deep meditative state,
These aforementioned resistances can then flow and stream their way to me through our shared field of consciousness and then be returned back to source.
So your job in this,
Your only job,
Is to keep an open mind and to deeply relax as best you can.
Traditionally,
This practice is done while lying on the back and whatever sensations or whatever your particular experience is during these next 20 minutes together,
I just invite you to be present and to truly allow whatever is there because it is coming to the surface for a reason.
It is being released for a reason so that you can relax deeply into your true nature,
Returning you to your wholeness and allowing you to realize that just by being you are perfect.
So finding that comfortable position lying on your back or remaining seated if that's needed for you today,
And sinking into the surface.
You may want to have your knees prepped up on a bolster or a pillow.
You may even want to cover yourself with a favorite blanket or eye pillow,
But just get as comfortable as you possibly can.
Your palms can be facing up towards the sky as if they're catching some stardust from above and your feet can soften and sink as if they're digging deeper and deeper into a sandy surface,
Dropping deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Allowing your hips to drop and your head to drop.
Just allowing everything to soften and surrender and let go even more until nothing is held on to.
Taking one more deep,
Deep inhale in through your heart and exhale.
You can let out a sigh if that feels good for you.
And sinking deeper into the surface even more.
Now as I commence the healing portion,
I will transition into a mode of silence.
But rest assured you'll hear my voice again when it's time to re-emerge.
And if you happen to fall asleep,
Know that you'll hear my voice again.
And if you're a heavy sleeper,
Maybe set an alarm for yourself,
But it should be fine.
Just wishing for you to enjoy.
Breathe deeply and allow whatever is present.
You were meant to find this and I'll see you on the other side very soon.
And slowly taking a deep inhale.
And a deep exhale.
Again,
Taking another deep inhale,
Filling your whole body with nourishing breath in every cell.
Placing your hands over your tender heart,
Your right hand over the left,
And just breathing here and awakening.
Before you go on with your day or evening,
I want to thank you for this sacred time together.
I applaud you for trying something new.
Do revisit this healing as often as you would like or need and share it with those you think would benefit.
It's been my honor to share this with you and I hope that this restorative time has brought you a little added lightness and hopefully some peace.
Sat Naam.
I'll see you again soon.
Until then,
May your heart and days be filled with peace profound.
