Let's begin by turning your attention inward. Visualize a radiant light at the center of your being, A light that represents your highest self, Your truest, Most authentic essence. Imagine this light glowing brightly, Illuminating your entire being with its wisdom and love. As you continue to breathe deeply, Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a magnificent garden. This garden is a reflection of your inner world, A place of beauty, Clarity and profound connection. As you step into the garden, Feel the soft earth beneath your feet grounding you in the present moment. Begin to walk along a path that winds through the garden. With each step, Feel a sense of anticipation and openness. As you walk, Become aware of the sights, Sounds and sensations around you, The vibrant colors, The scent of blooming flowers.
