Welcome to another guided meditation with Ivy and light designed to help reset your nervous system and lead you into a deep regenerative sleep find a comfortable place to lie down close your eyes and take a deep breath in slowly and gently and exhale letting go of all tension in your body allow yourself to relax fully into the surface beneath you allow yourself to let go of any thoughts any worries and trust that this moment is for you to relax and rejuvenate now as you listen to these affirmations allow the words to guide you into a peaceful restful state simply repeat them quietly in your mind or let them wash over you as you drift deeper and deeper into relaxation I am safe I am at peace my body is relaxed and my mind is calm every breath I take brings me closer to deep relaxation I let go of stress and embrace calmness in this moment I am worthy of rest and rejuvenation my body releases all tension from my head to my toes I trust my body to heal as I sleep I am deeply supported and grounded I am surrendering control and allowing myself to rest completely my nerves are at ease and my body feels light with each breath I feel more relaxed more at peace all my muscles are releasing sinking deeper into rest I trust that I am exactly where I need to be in this moment my mind is quiet and clear ready for deep rest I release the weight of the day and welcome peaceful sleep I am deserving of peaceful restorative rest my body is healing with each breath I take as I sleep my body resets and rebalances I trust in the healing power of a deep sleep feel your body sinking deeper into relaxation you are safe and you are at peace let go of the day let go of anything that no longer serves you with each breath you are more relaxed more peaceful more at ease as the gentle message of these affirmations continues to resonate within you you will drift deeper and deeper into sleep your mind and body are fully supported and you can surrender completely knowing that you are healing as you rest thank you for joining me for this gentle session of affirmations and deep rest until next time love and blessings
