Let's settle in and begin this short practice Take a deep breath in,
Fill your belly with air Allow it to rise Hold your breath And now slowly breath out Once again,
Fill your belly with air Take a deep breath in Hold it And slowly allow your breath to come out Extending the exhale Calming the nervous system Once again now,
Take a deep breath in Fill your belly and now allow your lungs to be filled with air See your chest rise,
Hold your breath And now exhale Continue the exhale Once again now,
Take a deep breath in,
Fill the belly,
Fill the lungs And now all the way to your throat,
Fill your entire body with air Hold it And slowly exhale out Now for the last time,
Let's take a deep breath in Beginning with the belly,
Filling the belly and then going up to the lungs Continuing to fill the entire body with air,
Going up to the throat Hold Continue to hold And now my friends,
Slowly allow your body to exhale all that air out Now sit in a comfortable seat And just acknowledge the sensation of taking conscious breaths in and out Give thanks to yourself and to your body that you took this time Till next time my friends,
