Transcript

Welcome to this new moon meditation,

A space to slow down,

Release the old and begin again.

Find a comfortable position allowing your body to settle deeply into the earth beneath you and close your eyes and take a long,

Slow inhale through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

With each breath,

Let your shoulders soften,

Relax your jaw and soften your belly.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving more fully into this present moment.

There is nothing you need to do and nowhere else you need to be.

Begin to feel the natural rhythm of your breath,

Inhaling calm,

Exhaling release.

With each breath,

Your body grows heavier,

Grounded,

Supported.

Imagine roots extending from your spine or the soles of your feet reaching deep into the soil.

These roots anchor you,

Steady,

Safe,

Connected.

Allow yourself to rest in that support,

Let the earth hold you.

Bring awareness to the sky above you,

A vast,

Dark canvas.

The moon is hidden tonight,

Resting,

Quiet,

Unseen.

Even in its darkness,

It carries the promise of a new light.

This is the energy of the new moon,

A time of renewal,

Rebirth and possibility.

Allow yourself to feel that same stillness within,

The fertile space before creation,

The moment of calm before growth begins.

Before you plant something new,

You first must clear the soil.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine letting go of anything that no longer serves you,

Old stories,

Fears,

Self-doubt,

Anything that feels heavy or complete.

See it lifting out of your body like smoke,

Rising up into the dark night sky,

Dissolving completely.

You are making space for something new.

Begin to focus on what you wish to invite into this next moon cycle.

What do you want to grow in your life?

Self-love.

Visualize yourself holding a handful of seeds,

Each one as a symbol of your intention.

Take a slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine planting these seeds into the soil of your heart.

Feel them resting there deep within,

Safe,

Nurtured,

And full of potential.

You can whisper softly to yourself,

I am ready for new beginnings.

I trust the process of becoming.

Imagine a gentle warmth spreading through your chest,

Like sunlight softly touching those seeds.

Even in darkness,

Growth is happening.

You may not see it,

But it's unfolding in its own perfect time.

You don't have to rush or force.

Just nurture with patience and care.

Each breath you take is a drop of water,

A quiet act of faith.

Trust that what you've planted will bloom.

Rest in stillness for a few moments.

Let yourself be.

Breathe into the space of your heart,

The soil of creation.

You are whole.

You are growing.

You are in harmony with the cycles of nature.

Trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Feel your body once again,

The weight,

The warmth,

The aliveness.

Take one final deep breath in through your nose and a long slow exhale through your mouth.

When you're ready,

You can softly open your eyes and carry this new moon energy with you,

Grounded,

Clear,

And open to new beginnings.
